They do not stir them when cooking. They dump them into the pan, let slightly brown, and I mean very slightly, turn the whole thing over and let slightly brown on the other side, then they plate it. What you get has a hint of brown, and completely uncooked in the middle layer!!! They can't do mashed potatoes either, as I stated earlier, so anything potato, just don't do it! Not sure about fries. If it's not breakfast, just don't do it, and skip hashbrowns!
