I do see that it is an extremely busy practice and maybe some people feel that not enough attention was given, which is totally understandable. You do want to be treated with extra care when you are sick. I do admit that it is sometimes hard to reach someone you want to speak with such as scheduler, financial person etc... but they do get back to you. Then,…read moreyesterday, I received a call from what appeared to be a financial person to collect payment for a sigmoidoscopy. I had never been scheduled for a sigmoidoscopy. I had to look up what the procedure was. I told the financial representative that I didn't know anything about being scheduled for the procedure. The representative said she would let Dr. Rosen's staff know that I had cancelled the appointment. Just before 5 PM I received a voicemail from Nora at Dr. Rosen's office. She accused me of a last minute cancellation. She said that I had to keep the appointment. She claimed that I had received a paper copy of information about the appointment when I saw Dr. Rosen on May 29. She did not say when or where the appointment was. Nora concluded by saying she was signing off...no way to call her back. WTF My measured IQ is 138. I do not have any memory issues. WTF????

I decided against chemo, as it would not prolong my life significantly, and I don't want my last days to be completely miserable. We are blessed to have the Cancer Center here, it is ranked very highly nationwide! And I have had no frustrating waits or slow delivery of needs, except when I went to their center on Orange Grove. The "doctor" (D.O.) there at Orange Grove told me she could NOT resect the tumor and that is the only possible curative care. AND, she was slow in getting pain meds refilled. I waited 2 hr to see her for a brief 15 min and she recorded that she spent 75 minutes on my care. Unless she spent an HOUR looking at my scans that is impossible The difference between the care at Orange Grove and Campbell locations is very significant. I saw an oncologist first, who said he heard about my case while he was on vacation!! That was so impressive it brought me to tears. I saw the surgeon about a week later and surgery has already been scheduled. I feel I could not be in better hands! Expertise and professionalism from the schedulers to the doctors is THE BEST!

He has been to several doctors as well as specialists all 'mentioning' possible stones but none ordering the proper test or following up. Meanwhile, my husband on a daily basis continues to be in minor pain ranging up to severe where his mood, lifestyle, energy has been compromised with minimal effort from current doctors to discover issue/issues and find solutions to treat. Here we are today with Dr. Patel with no uncertainty based on my husbands symptoms and pains orders a CT of his entire abdominal area. This is the only test that is precise enough to see very small stones as well as any obstructions or tumors. He is the first Doctor that I felt confident that would eliminate, diagnose and treat my husband without sending him away with an ambiguous condition. Dr. Patel is bright, deliberate with a warm bed side manner. The office staff goes over and above with a smile! When a CT was ordered we immediately went next door to imaging escorted by one of the amazing front desk ladies. When we let them know we would be out of town and then my hubby travels out of state Dr. Patel accommodated him with a same day review and agreement for next day follow up. The office is clean, professional and efficient. I hope for no one to have to land in a Urologist office but if necessary, Dr. Patel and staff are caring and will take great care of you!!

Considering how many nerves come through your spine, it was worth a shot. They give you an X-RAY as well as practitioner consult before presenting you with a plan. If you can't do the plan for your own reasons, they DO NOT force you into it and offer you lower cost options. Everyone has been very friendly and assertive at their job, the front desk staff is extremely welcoming and helpful, and the chiropractor actually asks you every week how you're feeling or if you have new pains. I still have a couple of weeks of treatment but I'm very happy I chose to come in. The stomach or gastric issues have somewhat subsided and my neck flexibility is getting better. Thanks team!

( oh boy...as I contemplate leaving , to return another day... the new doc called me back.) well heck there goes my escape plans lol. I was also in a ridiculous amount of pain. The Doc shook my hand, made eye contact......and then it was the adjustment. II felt almost instant relief upon adjustment , as in my low back pain was maybe a 2 out of 10, from a 6-7 out of ten. This new doc is a keeper!! He knows his stuff and has a very relaxing"table side" manner. 12 hours later, I still have no pain. Will update ! P.s Best part it is 29 dollars for an adjustment.
