The salmon was a bit dry but good. I realize that can happen when ur feeding 400+ people at the same time. Justin our waiter did a great job and was very focused on doing his best to serve us. The menu offered great food choices along with a fruit platter, a house salad with fruit, which I am still enjoying, a tray of mini muffins and croissants and cupcakes which worked out well since my son is not into cake. Ms. Tee was kind and professional. She reached out to me with any questions and made me feel confident that everything would work out as ordered and it did. Stacy the coordinator got back to me with unbelievable speed. She answered every question promptly and had great suggestions. The day of the event the catering trucks showed up early. Steve and his crew set up with unbelievable speed. Everything looked so beautiful. Everything looked so professionally done with amazing little touches like flower garnishes, and fancy gold chafing dishes. Hot foods were served hot, cold foods were served cold. They even had a proper carving station with heat lamps. It all looked so amazing and tasted even better. All staff was in uniform, and they were very cheerful and polite. They went above and beyond the entire day to help me and my entire family to make sure everything worked out beautifully. People were raving about how delicious the food was even days later. We had neighbors telling us. The smell from the food truck were making them crazy! I especially have to give a special call out to the flank steak with the chimichurri sauce. At the end of the event, they packed up quickly and quietly, and I hardly even knew they were here. They wrapped up all the leftovers beautifully and left everything neat as a pin. The saag paneer deserves to be mentioned for having a rough-chopped texture that I prefer, looking like actual spinach and not the zealously over-puréed green smoothie so many Indian restaurants inexplicably trot out. A touch over-salted, but otherwise tasty, and with an abundance of paneer. The lassi and garlic naan were both great. Portions are generous, and it's BYOB. Should you forget to bring something inebriating, a liquor shop is conveniently located just a couple of doors down. Owner/manager Austin is so welcoming and personable, earning this place extra hospitality points. I was panicking, and frantically looking up caterers in the area. Of course, most were closed, or could not deliver the next day until noon. I came across Sandwich & Co on EZCater, placed an order for boxed lunches at 9 PM, and they were delivered the next day promptly at 8 AM. Did not personally eat the boxed lunches, but cannot say enough about the turnaround time and reliability of this company. Would definitely order from them again--they are lifesavers!!
