We found it on Yelp and it had decent reviews (4 stars) so we gave it a try. But that will be the last time. I did tell the owner about the issues and she was apologetic and nice, but they didn't adjust the price or change anything - just gave us gift cards to apply for another visit. I hope they make it, but there are some basic changes necessary. First, give the place a thorough cleaning. It's dirty. The massage chairs have seen better days, and the pillows they give you are fabric and badly stained. Their tools and practices seemed clean while doing the pedis, but it's general upkeep that's needed. They brought out fabric neck wraps but we declined - didn't seem sanitary. The steamers they wheeled out were filthy and had gross looking water in them with stuff floating in it. The "hot stones" and the water was room temp, and the lotions and creams they were using were cold. The paraffin was lukewarm and they had a heck of a time getting it off because it left little pieces all over our feet and legs. Fortunately, these things are all fixable, but for the price, it wasn't a great experience.

The lady handed me a price list from the stack of pamphlets sitting on the counter. When it was time to checkout none of the prices matched the charges. I brought this to her attention and she said the list she gave me was old. She refused to honor the prices and said there was no manager or anyone else who would change the prices.
