I needed a 8ftx6ft birthday backdrop to be done in two days. I submitted a project quote here on Yelp and I had several responses from other printing shops including RedDot Printing. I was told my backdrop couldn't be done in two days, I was told that my image's resolution was too small, and other printing shops never responded. Z from RedDot Printing responds within minutes. He told me the same thing about my backdrop's resolution being to low for a huge printout, but what set him apart was that he took the time send me an email on how fix it so that he can print it. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. Pick up was seamless. He knew exactly who I was without introducing myself, he was friendly, full of personality, and so sweet. He unrolled the backdrop to show me his work and it was PERFECT! His price was cheaper than I imagined especially since this was a last minute request. I knew that I placed this order last minute and I knew I was an amateur with the design, but Z made my vision into reality. Z, thank you so much for everything. Your work is impeccable! Printed. I designed them on Canva, but needed them printed (like real trading cards). I called Z and from the first phone call, he was pleasantly helpful. After a couple of back and forth emails, he had them off to print. I picked up within a week of our first conversation and was blown away at the final product. Exceeding my expectations, truly. Z was able to help me make each of our 12 players their own card, which I then packaged as a team set and gave each player within a homemade/DIY sleeve. He booked me for the next morning and by the end of the day I was able to pick up my ride. He runs a clean cool looking shop. The prices were very reasonable and they did great work! The UPS store was the first to respond instantly. The gentleman named Emad texted me back and asked me what I was looking and thinking it do. He gave me my options. Emad was kind, patient and helpful. He gave me suggestions, advice, and insights all within my business budgets. I was very pleased to hear what his price quote was. I assumed it was going to be much more expensive than it was. It turns out they are cheaper than their competitors with better care and faster services. All of the competitors slowly got back to me with double and triple the price quotes than The UPS Store and not within my time frame of expectancy. Emad was kind to text examples of what my company's cards would look like previously to printing the 100 cards that I purchased. I was so happy and surprised that it was so simple. The quality of service and business needs are exceptional. My services here were met way beyond what I could have imagined. It was fast and easy. Highly recommended and highly appreciated! I am based in Pasadena which is 50 miles away but I do not mind giving Ivy and her team all of my business. They respond to messages late at night and provide you with a digital proof before printing. Their prices are extremely competitive and I didn't even look anywhere else. They delivered the sign on time that far exceeded my expectations. There was a very minor glitch, two additional grommets on the sign that was not called for and didn't really affect the sign at all. Ivy offered without me asking to redo the sign and ship it to me free of charge and let me keep the first sign with the hiccup. The sign was fine but they were perfectionists and want the customer to be 1000% satisfied. I know this time they did not make much profit if any with all the manufacturer and shipping costs. I was shocked once again when I received the sign how intricately they packaged it. They must have spent at least 20 minutes packing the sign! This tells you that the Ivy and her team really care about their image and they are truly dedicated to the customer experience. It was like unpacking a ceramic bowl! Please do what you do because you do it with humility and candor. You are a diamond in the rough. You are the definition and role model of what a business should be and ought to be.
