The salon is clean and beautifully decorated. The staff is friendly and welcoming, it is easy to make appointments. They are definitely following safety precautions, upon arrival you call the salon and let them know that you've arrived, you then go right to your stylist. Everyone wears their masks throughout and they go out of their way to ensure that you're comfortable. Most recently, I took my daughter who got her first real "adult" haircut and style, and she was so happy, she talked about the pretty decor and how great it was that Aishah listened to what she wanted. Regrettably, the service standards have witnessed a significant decline since the change in ownership. It is disheartening that the new proprietor, despite being aware of the damage caused, has taken no corrective action and has continued to employ Erika. Furthermore, there have been allegations of Erika utilizing subpar and low-quality hair products.
