Before my visit, I called to confirm the price, and they told me the first session would cost $75, and the following ones would be $65. However, when I arrived, I was told there was a "misunderstanding," and the actual price was $190 for the first session and $160 for the following ones. In the end, they offered me a "discount," so I agreed to pay $130 for the first session and $110 for the next ones. I initially thought it was just a misunderstanding. But after my fourth visit, I suddenly received an email informing me that my next session would cost $120. No one had warned me about the price increase beforehand--they just informed me after the fact! When I asked why I wasn't notified in advance, they simply told me the next session would now be $125. I want to emphasize that Dr. Denis is very kind and attentive, and I truly appreciate his care. That's why it's especially disappointing that the clinic operates this way and treats its clients like this. I feel really sorry about the situation. This is the second time they have changed their pricing without proper communication. I'm shocked by this approach to customer service. Be careful before booking an appointment here!

I have waited quite some time to write this review. I have been visiting Dr. Ash for several weeks…read morenow twice a week and just recently started physical therapy there as well. I'm someone who's hypermobile and I have a lot of various issues with my body, including an old shoulder injury that I had surgery on. All of that had compounded into my dislocating a rib, which is how I found myself at the office. I have been through over a dozen clinics and therapists and chiropractors in my life and can genuinely say that this has been one of the best experiences and it's genuinely giving me hope that I will be able to not have to constantly live in discomfort. Dr. Ash listens intently to everything that you have to say and he's not afraid to allow your input to guide what he does. You spend a significant amount of time in his office for appointments doing a variety of things to help address whatever your issue is. For me it's an array of manual adjustment, stretching, and compression therapy. I'd after my first session with Dr. ashes relatively new physical therapist , I am excited to continue going. He spends significant one on one time with you and really make sure that you're actually understanding and gaining the benefits of the exercises - not just putting you through the motions. I can't count the number of times I found a great physical therapist, but then was passed off to doing the actual exercises with an intern. That's not the case here. 10/10 recommend and will keep coming back and genuinely can't believe I found somewhere that might actually be able to help genuinely fix my body. Only other call out is make sure you read the parking signs because there's only street parking available and I wouldn't recommend parking in the one hour meter slots unless you're sure that your appointment will be less than that time. If you're willing to go 3 to 4 blocks away from the office, you'll find easy 2 hour free parking and honestly, you should walk around after your appointment anyways to help everything settle in.

While Dr. Bauman is clearly knowledgeable and professional, those in larger bodies may feel more comfortable with a chiropractor who has greater physical strength or uses different techniques. Generally, I have it under control, but when it flares, it flares. The PT exercises and other tools I typically used to manage it were no longer really helping. Enter Myo and Dr. Bahar Gord. Right from the first assessment, she was so attentive and really listened to my concerns. She watched my movement and honed in immediately on what was plaguing me and saw the full picture, not just the one issue. I told her I already had an arsenal of exercises -- the typical core, glute, hip flexor approaches and that I was looking for something that would be complimentary. She immediately saw something deeper and ever since, she has been incredible. I have learned a whole new set of PT exercises and an approach to the deep core that I had been missing from prior exercises (which aren't wrong or bad, they just weren't getting to the core of the issue. See what I did there? Lolzzz). Anywho, Bahar is a body mechanics master. She introduced a range of new exercises and a focus on deep core modalities to retrain my entire physiology. After three years of numbness radiating down the back of my legs, (anytime I danced or walked), Dr. Rodriguez alleviated the issue in the first session. Of course, more sessions with follow. I advised the surgeons of this development, and they said to continue with these sessions and we will postpone the surgery. I highly recommend that anyone with back issues see Dr. Rodriguez before proceeding with any kind of surgery. I am posting this to document a serious concern regarding Pro Health Physical Medicine's BioTE…read morepellet insertion practices. Both my father and I previously received BioTE pellets from another provider with consistently positive results and without these types of problems. We sought treatment at this office only because our previous provider became unavailable and this office was listed publicly as a BioTE provider. Before treatment, I specifically asked twice whether the office was in fact using genuine BioTE brand pellets, and I was told yes. However, based on the outcome and the surrounding circumstances, I have serious reason to question whether that representation was accurate. Following pellet insertion at this office, neither my father nor I experienced the same beneficial response we had with prior BioTE treatment. Instead, both of us experienced significant adverse effects, including reactions we had never experienced before with our previous BioTE provider, including what felt like allergic-type reactions. In addition, the follow-up process raised further concerns. Garrett Glapa stated that he would personally handle the necessary lab work and specifically represented that my father's testosterone and estrogen levels would be tested. When the results were returned, those expected hormone tests were missing. Instead, unrelated or less relevant tests appeared, which did not seem to reflect proper monitoring of pellet response. Another concern was the lack of transparency during the procedure itself. Our prior BioTE provider would show us the BioTE pellet bottle before insertion. That did not occur at this office. Taken together, the unexpected adverse reactions, the missing expected hormone labs, and the lack of product transparency have left me with serious concerns regarding what was actually provided and whether this office is accurately representing its BioTE services. I have already reported these concerns to BioTE directly. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this office to anyone seeking BioTE treatment. I strongly urge prospective patients to verify exactly what product is being inserted and to obtain clear written confirmation of all follow-up lab testing in advance.
