I have spinal stenosis and mild Spondylolisthesis. Two surgeons told me that I needed a TLIF (transforaminal lumbar fusion). I decided to see Dr. Carlos Rodriguez at Prodigy Chiro Care, before proceeding with any surgery. After three years of numbness radiating down the back of my legs, (anytime I danced or walked), Dr. Rodriguez alleviated the issue in the first session. Of course, more sessions with follow. I advised the surgeons of this development, and they said to continue with these sessions and we will postpone the surgery. I called as a new patient to verify that they take my insurance before scheduling my first appointment. The receptionist told me that they did. I asked again to make sure and the answer was affirmative. During my first visit, the front desk took copies of my insurance card and told me to wait to be called in, but didn't say anything about the fact that they don't take my insurance. So I checked again, at which point the receptionist said that they don't take my insurance but the doctor will be going over that during the exam. Had I known that they don't take my insurance and I would be charged for $190 for my consultation, I wouldn't have wasted two hours for this visit. Their business practice is not transparent and veers towards scamming! read more

Dr. Casey has been a life changer! I'm a huge fitness person- the gym and HIIT classes are the part of my day I most look forward to. But when I got a pinched nerve in my shoulder, my training was restricted to cardio (boring). Casey helped rehab my shoulder and provided drills I could do at home to support and speed up my recovery. My hips were also so tight that I could barely squat! Her mobility drills helped a TON, and the drills she shares on her Instagram really helped too! Now I'm back to daily f45 classes and heavy lifting! Dr. Casey is the person to go to for all your chiropractic needs. She is always giving me tips and ideas to help improve my posture and how to stretch out my hips. Walked into the clinic at an 8.5/10 pain rating. I left feeling like myself again. Visiting from out of state...I woke up with excruciating back pain and found Prodigy and online at 445am. I put in a request and got a call from Dr Rodriguez at 8am on the dot saying he could get me right in right away. Doctor asked me questions about my recent activities, slowly moved around each of my limbs to determine pain triggers, and figured out what the problem was right away with my back, hips, ribs, and tailbone. Just one giant hot mess and then exclaimed "I've been treating this for over 20 years, all day long every day. I got you" ...He heated up my back and warmed up pressure points before adjusting my back as to not cause more injury, and then went to town adjusting one problem at a time. He did not patronize, but educated me on what was going on and how to take care. AND as a bonus Yacht Rock radio was playing on the surround sound.
