Depending on what hot tub you reserve, you may have a short walk or a lot of stairs. All are adorable, private, and offer nice views. The hot springs are set to a comfortable temperature (the same as a hot tub) and the space was clean. It was a little cramped so if you're going by their guidelines, keep that in mind. My one complaint is that you are allotted one hour, and that includes time to rinse off, change, and use the restroom. I would prefer that hour be limited to time in the hot tub - it shouldn't be less if you want to clean yourself up afterward. I also thought it was stingy as heck to charge a $3 towel fee when you're going to use a hot spring, especially given what they charge for one hour in the springs. We had our own (soft, plush, extra large) towels so we didn't need to use them, but they weren't even nice towels they're charging you for. There is plenty of (free) parking in the attached lot. The gift shop is adorable, so budget a little extra time for that. You can reserve online or by phone. Both are easy and the terms are clearly spelled out. Cancellation terms (48h) are imminently reasonable and clearly laid out.

I felt very safe dropping him off and they did a great job in checking him in and out. There is a good mix of kids from different age groups which is nice. The facilities vibe is very much a resort-like environment. Definitely call and check them out if you wanna give your kids a variety of summer activities.

There is a wonderful outdoor patio on the second level which overlooks the courts and pools and has fire pits and lots of seating. Inside you will find a cardio room, weight room, and another lounge area with a pool table and a large seating area with a big fireplace. They offer a full service spa where you can get massages, facials, pedicures/manicures, and hair cuts.
