After seeing so many horror stories about botched hair color jobs I'm so lucky that Michelle is the only person I've been to for hair color! I went to Michelle with basically no hair knowledge and she took me from my virgin dark Asian hair to a golden beigey blonde with almost no breakage. She knows hair and will be honest with you as to what's possible/realistic and her recommendations, and I'm so glad we made this a multi-step process as opposed to frying my hair trying to lift it all at once.
