I've been coming to my stylist here for years and I've always been 100% satisfied with services. I get extensions and color and once in a while a hair cut to trim. Katey is my stylist and she's awesome! I've changed my hair up from blonde to brown with blonde to xtra highlights and etc. Her assistants are great too. My daughter and my mom like to come and get their hair colored/cut. Parking is plentiful right out front. And the inside is super roomy and comfortable. I always get offered a nice welcome and a drink when I walk in. The boutique is so cute. Lots of jewelry, accessories, clothes, gifts. They have sales once in a while. I took my 10 year old daughter to get a haircut here. She has very long hair and is particular about her haircuts. Emma was the sweetest, kindest and most respectful hair stylist. She made my daughter feel very comfortable and would check with her before she cut her hair to make sure it was the perfect length. At the end she curled her hair, which looked beautiful. I reached out to the studio/academy regarding a model call they had, searching for a model to do a redhead service on. Sent over photos of my hair, appointment was confirmed on 3/5 for Wednesday, 3/11. On 3/10, less than 24 hours before the confirmed appointment, I received a message from the salon that they had a different model come in days prior, and they did not need another model. It was a free service, but I was quite disappointed with the lack of consideration of my time. If they had someone else come in days ago, why was I being notified 20 hours before the appointment? I am sure their services are great, but their communication this time was less than satisfactory. The plus side: they extended a gracious offer to use me as a model next time. However, I'd hate to get cancelled on a second time. read more

Arrogant stylists and no customer service: I came in with long, gorgeous hair. My stylist, Trish Riley, didn't listen and chopped my hair INCHES shorter than I consented to. I was shocked. When I found my voice and brought this to her attention, she was rude and defensive. Instead of taking accountability, she tried to gaslight me by insisting this was the length I wanted and that I was happy with my hair. I'm thankful my husband was with me the entire time as he can attest that this is a lie. I reached out to the salon owner, Heather, to give her the opportunity to make things right. I was assured she would call me the very next day, but its been 5 days now and I have not heard from her. I had an urge to cut my hair at 5:30PM and went running here as it was super close to me. I believe I overheard the receptionist's name was Mary & she was the absolutely sweetest! She was extremely helpful and excited for me. I appreciated this because it was very late considering the salon closes at 7PM. Mary was able to get Alissa to take me for an appointment. Alissa was very sweet and figured out what I wanted. She took her time in making sure I was getting what I wanted. My hair looks perfect and I am grateful. The cut was not a good one for me. I have very fine hair, and my usual hairdresser layers it to give it more body. He does an amazing job and it always looks great. But despite sharing multiple pics of my hair after his cuts, the cut I got here looks awful. The "layering" done is not layered, just some chopping with scissors for different lengths at the tips. I would not go back, at least not to the same person at H Studio. read more

I was looking for a Salon that is super reliable and decided to give this place. Shot. I came in as a walk in and Ashley Lauren was super sweet and took me in. I explained to her how nervous I get when getting a haircut because I have so much hair and sometimes stylist get excited and chop more than you anticipate. I showed her pictures and she took her time to reassure me and ask if my length was good, and chopped more layers if I wanted to along the way. It looked stunning and my hair felt sooo fresh and healthy. I now have a new go to hair person. First time getting my hair cut at this salon and had a very positive experience. I called in for availability to get my hair cut that same day and they were able to accommodate! I drove over and waited a few minutes before I was seated in one of the salon chairs. Grace listened to my picky instructions of how I wanted my hair layered and not to cut it too short. I booked a appointment with Mirabel . I've been looking for another stylist and the staff was very nice. Mirabel is very nice and I complimented her on my hair. It didn't exactly come out like I wanted, but I thought it looked good. It wasn't like what I showed her. I think she was in a little bit of a hurry for her appointment so I wasn't really happy about it, but I did not say anything. I'm very disappointed because after I washed it, it just looks awful. There's no shape there's no style there's nothing so I would not go back and it was a very unfortunate experience because it was very expensive And I just was really really disappointed. read more

Today was my first time at a new salon for over 40 years and I am very pleased with my color. Liz was my stylist and my therapist :) I was a bit surprised by the cost though. I had a full weave with added products and no haircut. Not sure if this would be the normal charges for me because there was no discussion of cost.
