Microgreens are locally grown by the owners, Laura and her spouse and are a great way to add flavor, color and nutrients to any meal. I eat a ton of shredded chicken and find the microgreens a great way to give variety to meals. While preparing my meal my two dogs were of course hoping for a drop of anything. I gladly gave them some microsgreens and they enjoyed them too! I hope to see Tiny House Farms at other pop ups and markets in the future.
