My wife wanted her Mexican dessert and I looked up a place close to us and saw this location. So I told her to give it a try since it's near us. We found parking easily tonight in the plaza this store is in. When we walked inside, they had people eating inside and 4 people ahead of us in line with only 2 girls working. My wife got the Strawberry and Creme dessert. It didn't take them long to make her dessert but the other customer in front of us took a while since they each got like 4 orders of stuff. My wife said her dessert was okay but the strawberry wasn't that good, maybe it's because it's not in season right now. She like the yogurt and granola though. To begin with, I must admit that the presentation for this location is superb! It recently got renovated and the amount of LED lights and color makes it look like a place you'd want to enjoy ice cream. I have no negative remarks in regards to the items as I've tried many and all have been delightful. My 4 year old enjoys all of the sugar he's about to eat . The amount of ice cream flavors they have is pretty amazing. They have ones from natural fruits to the creative ones such as the good ol' spicy ones. Overall to have your ice cream cravings met, this is definitely the place. The enquites are also great just make sure you let them know that you want it with minimal water as the corn awaits for the customer do devour it. read more

If you come at peak hours expect a wait, 10 mins or so but if you're anything like ya you go right before closing and save the paletas for the week (if we don't devour them all in one night) Buy 5 get one free - I am obsessed with the strawberries & cream, horchata- Sandia and lemon. Came here for the first time just to try a different paletas place but was not too happy. I came in here and it was packed so I thought hey maybe it'll be good. The line did not move at all for a good 10-15 minutes. Seems as if they're short employees but they were all really trying to help every customer as fast as they could. A blender stopped working which is probably a reason why they took so long for them to take our order and others in front of us. I don't blame the employees they were all really trying. Amazing selection of ice cream with really good prices. The staff is always super friendly and never skimp out on the servings. You can try any flavor you'd like, and make any combination you could think of. They also have snack food options and popsicles. The parking can sometimes be hard to get because they share the lot with a lot of other businesses, but definitely worth it. Don't forget to bring in your stamp rewards card (or to ask for one) so you can earn a free small ice cream. The one negative thing I can think of is that they don't have their ice cream flavors displayed in a way that makes it easy to see; you have to wait in line and awkwardly look past or shuffle your way past people ahead of you if you want to see everything. Also, very limited seating so on their busy days you're probably going to have to take your ice cream to go. Definitely recommend if you're in the area. read more

She wore gloves while making my bionico but she kept pulling up her pants while cutting up the fruit! She also washed dishes with the same gloves and then came back and cut up the banana she put in my bionico. I seriously couldn't believe she lacked the common sense of how unsanitary that was! What's the point of wearing gloves if you're just going to touch everything in sight and then touch my food right after ??? This place needs to train their employees on how to work with food because they clearly lack proper training. Lastly, the chick who made me the bionico gave me attitude when I told her I didn't want the bionico anymore ! This place is a joke. The health department should really pay them a visit. read more

The first thing you see when you walk in is a bunch of freshly made juice and horchata which the employees are more than happy to give out samples of, and they're all delicious. Ice cream: There are so many choices that I buy 5 (and get one free) so that I can take some home, my favorite changes every time I try a new one. From cookies and cream to strawberry to coffee flavor. They're all really good and made fresh daily! The inside is very clean and comfortable. Today i came in to this place as a first timer I was attended by this employee who goes by the name of Isaac who his hair was dye blond with brown I had ask him for a cucumber water and a vanilla ice scream on a double scoop and I also wanted to get about 4 different flavors on a tray not on a cup I ask him if he can do that as I didn't want my ice scream on top of each other and over melt and he said straight out no he was not gonna do that unless I buy a banana split Ice scream I told him why wouldn't he have able to provide it to me on that particular tray and he said he wasn't so I told him that's wrong and rude of him to talk to me like that and that he need it to work on his customer service as he has zero patience and bad attitude he look as if he hated his job I mean why work somewhere where you seem to hate your job and can't give good customer service. This guy needs to either get train or get fired from this place as he had made one potential customer not ever want to come and buy ice scream here ever again! The only reason I didn't walk out and decide to pay for what was already made was Because I didn't want my son to see how rude and wrong this guy was being and saying nor make my son feel bad for not getting him the ice scream that he wanted. So I told the guy I didn't want anything any more only what he already had made for my son and that I wanted him to know he was very unprofessional for not providing the right customer service as before I left he told me his name was Isaac but not sure if he was even truthful about that but just wanted to share this with the company and owners and let them know that they need to re eval there employees and train them to provide the proper customer service other wise they would for sure loos more business specially when summer is coming in and it's just around the Conner. Holly crap where do I even begin with this place. Oh yeah one word "Garbage" went in expecting same delicious quality as the one on workman because I thought they were related with the layout of the place, and marketing inside them, but wow was I disappointed. The service is horrible girls don't seem to understand a word of what you tell them and I used both English and Spanish ...they're just inept. Then I look down and notice muddy foot prints all over the floor. How hard is to grab a mop and clean...it's not like this place gets busy at least not at the time I went in. Then I ask for the ice cream, the girls just stick the serving spoons and took out a blob of ice cream and threw it in the cup with no concern of making it look descent or anything. I then proceed to enjoy the mess I was served and realize something looks weird...ice cream just crumbles when you stick your spoon in it. Wth? I understand it's not milk based ice cream and it's not going to be creamy but it's not my first fruit/water based ice cream and it's not supposed to just crumblel like this let alone taste like it's 10% fruit and 90% water. Do yourself a favor and drive to the workman location where the line might be horrible but service, quality and taste are amazing. My son is obsessed with ice cream and even he didn't want to eat the ice cream here...we lasted NO more than 3 minutes at our table before 4 cups of ice cream went Into the garbage where it belongs. read more

Super Disappointed Today!! I am a usual customer. My favorite order are the tostilocos. I always order the chips on the side because by the time I get home they are soggy. Today I ordered the tostilocos and I see that the container is not as full as usual so I tell the cashier if she can add more because the container looks half empty. The cashier tells me it is because it doesnt have the chips and I tell her I get my chips on the side. She proceeds to ask the manager and he says they can fill it up for an extra charge!!!! I tell the cashier I come here all the time and this is the first time it looks like this! She just says sorry. I told her it's ok no worries, but I will not be returning. So disappointed!
