We moved to this area around 8 months ago. We had been meaning to try this restaurant for some time now but, had gotten around to it. Well, last night we did and we will definitely be back!!! We had the the Rosa Pasta and a Margarita pizza. Both we amazing. The restaurant was clean and the service was friendly. We ended our meal with Gelato. Wow!!! We had the Lemon Gelato and the Coffee Toffee Gelato. I am usually not a huge Gelato fan. I typically prefer ice cream but, this was amazing!! We used to eat at Mici's in Parker 2-4 times a month. Loved the pizza's chewy crust and salads. Pasta was pretty good, too. But last winter we started to notice that the restaurant was dirty - the floors, napkin dispensers, table legs and chairs - even when we arrived when the restaurant first opened late morning. I mentioned to the manager and he was rude in his response. Staff was just standing around so it seems like he could have put them to work cleaning up. I understand if snow is tracked in along with mud but expect the place to be clean first thing - appeared no one was cleaning at night. We decided to see if things had changed and returned last week, I had a gift card with $7 remaining. When I tried to use it I was told it had nothing left on it. Last straw! Won't be going back or recommending to anyone ever again. read more

Beware of this restaurant because it will ruin any thought of starting a diet after one bite, everything was delicious. A little too delicious and will definitely be my go to place when I'm wanting a pizza or calzone! This was quite the disappointment. Had to order online and was first told pizza would be ready in 20 minutes then it was an hour to an hour 20 minutes. Picked up pizza at 1 hour mark and it was barely Luke warm. Box was not warm - felt like it sat on a counter for 1/2 hour. Prolly could have overlooked if pizza was average but per the picture the ingredients are just thrown in the middle and there is no pride in preparation. This was ordered at 2pm on a Sunday. This is the worst Italian Food ever! Meat sauce had no flavor or meat. Bread had olive oil , nothing else. Salad came after the meal with rotten lettuce. Atmosphere was like a take out. We have been here twice and both have been a very positive experience. The pizza and lasagne were delicious. That is as far as we have gone on the menu. The staff were very friendly and helpful with giving details on the menu options. I wouldn't dare call it fast food Italian because the food is too good, but they serve your food in short order. I have not tried any of the desserts as of yet but will soon. I will make one more visit before I decide if it earned a 5 star. It is pretty darn close! read more

It was our first time ordering from Mici. When my husband picked it up instead of the meat pizza and calzone it was a vegetarian. When I called a very polite young man offered not only to remake both for me but to have it delivered as well. Twenty minutes later the owner showed up with not only the correct pizza and calzone, but also a beautiful salad and two cannolis and refused to let me tip him. All the food was so delicious, and we could tell the pride they put into their family recipes. We will never order pizza from anywhere else in Parker again. It would be great if forks and napkins were included on delivery orders. I specifically called after placing an online order and asked for forks and napkins to be included. This was our first trip, and we will be returning. The pizza is very good and tastes so fresh, my kid was instantly in love with it. The main reason we will be back though is the service. Mici is so good! We used to live up north and would go to the one in Stapleton. Now we live in Parker and went to this one last night. The quality of food you get at Mici for the price is VERY hard to beat. Their Caesar salads are perfectly dressed, fresh and crisp - many more expensive restaurants drown their salads in dressing, and don't put half the effort into making sure the romaine is fresh. Their lasagna rivals Brio, it is that good, and it's half the price! This is our go to for Italian. The food is amazing, the restaurants and kitchens are clean, the staff are always welcoming and they don't gouge you on price. We will certainly be back again and again! read more
