He went out of his way to bring us a shopping cart because he realized I was carrying our child who had fell asleep on our ride over. Gene helped us find the trampoline we were looking for and when he went in the back to grab us a flatbed buggy for the trampoline he also got our daughter a mint and made her day. Gene even helped us load the trampoline all while helping other customers as well. His selfless customer service should be implemented to every employee around. Thank you for the experience Gene.

I headed straight to the Men's Shoes section; they have numbers of shoes available but not the Asics model like Gel-Rocket or Netburner or Upcourt I preferred. The sale associate was very friendly and called support if they carried volleyball sneakers. Unfortunately, No. Oh well, may be I can go to Asics or use Internet! While I was there, I quickly checked their BBQ, Gun, Basketballs, Pickleball, shoes, apparels and other sections. The price is reasonable. They looked fine but I wanted my volleyball sneaker! I brought the receipt expecting a simple exchange and instead was met with a young man with an Afro and a middle aged woman with black hair that told me they couldn't help because it did not have the cardboard backing with the barcode on it. They refused, saying no one would buy it and it was their management that told them this rule and refused to help. I could have gone to any big box store and would have received better service and care. Unfortunately, I will never come back here again even though I was looking to get a bike fitting and considering their services even though it's $250. I'm looking somewhere else!
