    I came here with a friend to get a pickup order. The area is a bit sketchy at night. The store was set up, easy to follow. It did take a while for someone to wait on us as they didn't have enough staff. My friend got a refurbished SSD. When we got home, we found that somebody had corrupted the SSD. It was basically bricked so you couldn't edit/add/delete anything. What was supposed to be 2TB was instead like 700MB of uneditable content. Microcenter accepts returns but I thought that they had a process of "refurbishing" before reselling and it seems somebody missed something here. The refurb was like $110 or something. They do accept returns but this location is not close to me so it's a bit of a pain to have to drive back to return the junk SSD.

    I love Micro Centers in general. They have knowledgable staff members, huge selection, and prices that can't be beat. All that stuff is true about this Micro Center too, but my problem is more with their service center. First off, they seem seriously understaffed. They told me I'd get my computer back in 3-5 days, and after I contacted them on the 5th day, they told me the technician who was supposed to work on my computer had been out for the last 3 days... I had to drive 35mins to the store to find that out by the way. Second, when they finally did diagnose and fix the computer, the missed something SUPER basic. They didn't even test to see if both of my SSDs were working on the new motherboard they installed. It turned out to be a BIOS update, but the fact that they didn't check the SSDs or update the BIOS is kind of unacceptable. Third... After all that hassle and nonsense, I needed to take my PC back home. Unfortunately, in Atlanta, it rains... Like... A LOT. So, naturally, it was raining the evening I came by to pick up the computer. I asked if they had anything to protect my computer while I took it out to my car in the pouring rain. The best thing they could offer me was the cheapest trash bag I've ever seen... and as you can see in the photos, it didn't even really fit over the PC case. Did they end up fixing my computer? Yes. That's the only reason I didn't give this store a 1 star.

    I had a fantastic time updating my computer's architecture from the Am4 to the AM5. Valerie helped me find the bundle I wanted with an AMD 9 9900x and reminded me of the fact I had overlooked buying a psu. My computer straight up would have taken another day or so to assemble without her help and I even received her contact information should I need any help.

    I really like Micro Center, the store has good deals and prices on their merchandise in comparison to other electronic stores and the service is actually good...when you are able to get help. No one will approach you asking if you need help with something, at least that hasn't happened to me the multiple times I have been there. It's fairly easy to find what you are looking for as the aisles have descriptions over them. I enjoy this place and when I am in need of certain items and happen to be around an area that has a Micro Center, i definitely stop by and would recommend to others. I have gotten multiple things like wireless headphones, home alert devices, electronic storage, tripod etc.

It was such a bummer because I had just wrote a letter to my daughter that I wanted her to read someday about our hospital experience. So, I ended up looking for an IT repair shop using the Yelp Projects app and heard from Dustin at Click IT in Marietta. I got several estimates but Dustin's note stood out to me. The cost for diagnosis seemed reasonable, and it was a very small price to pay to have the laptop looked at to see if data recovery could be performed and the laptop repaired. He was very responsive to my inquiry and questions. I was very anxious but decided to give it a whirl. Over the next several weeks, the laptop underwent repair, troubleshooting, and testing to see if it was recoverable. Data recovery could only be performed by a third party vendor which was separate to the laptop repair. Then, the laptop power source failed and the battery conked out too. I starting losing hope that the laptop could be repaired. It survived graduate school at Kennesaw State and many years of productivity for both work, school, and personal usage. Dustin, Amelia, and even Tony stepped in the job and pulled off what appeared to be a miracle by methodically replacing parts of the latop and giving it new life with a 1TB hard drive and brand new power supply. These laptops are not easy to fix, so well worth the money and time spent to bring it back to life. The service, overall value, and care I received is certainly there with Click IT Marietta. I would most certainly recommend giving Dustin and his team a shot at your business if you are experiencing computer issues. I am proud to say the letter I wrote for my Tallulah was recovered along with many other important professional documents. I can't thank them enough as the laptop will be put to use as I look for a new job in the Atlanta metro area.

When they returned it, the phone would not connect to the internet and registered as having non-original Apple parts. They asked for the phone back and never returned it nor my money. It was just the charging port had a little debris in it it needed to be cleaned out mind you it's $100 to replace my screen anywhere else so I picked up my phone and did not get them to do anything to it and now I have a broken screen and I ended up cleaning out my charging port by myself Which they wanted to charge $90 for. They also told me they could fix my laptop screen for $500 but after my phone they told me I had to pay before they fixed it so they still have my laptop on fixed. I've had five different people tell me five different things it's just overall weird and I do not recommend it. UPDATE i got a notification on my phone that it had an in authentic part being my camera. Mind you after the "and customer service experience I decided to not get my phone fixed with them. This is because when I brought it in there was no damage to the screen at all. It just would not charge, so I need my charger port cleaned, when my phone was there they said they couldn't turn it on yet continue to send me a picture of my phone charged with a broken screen and then said that I had to pay close to $500 to get my screen repaired, but there was no damage before I brought it in. now which is a week later I got this notification saying that there was an an authentic Apple part B in my camera installed in my phone. This is the only place I have ever taken my phone and have still not gotten the screen fixed so I'm not sure what they did when they called me to tell me "what was wrong with my phone" I asked to come pick it up and would not be using their services. They told me I would have to wait until the next day because "my screen and phone wear already taken apart so they would have to put it back together" which is weird because this is when they first told me what was wrong with my phone, so why would my phone already be taken apart before I even asked them to fix it or told them they could fix it. This is super sketchy. I'm going to check my phone in the Apple to see what's going on and as a woman this just feels unsafe. Do not come to this store.

    My experience at Apple Cumberland Mall was okay overall & my issue was resolved eventually after a…read morelong wait. I arrived a few minutes early and checked in with a friendly Apple associate. She greeted me, found my name and walked me over to a table with four seats. I waited for over 30 minutes in what seemed to be a troubleshooting area for iphones and while waiting I saw other customers (with phone issues) dealing with various situations. Some were waiting and some were being served. There were plenty of Apple associates walking around with their teal shirts and politely greeting or assisting the best way they could (or couldn't). Another staff member checked on me after 15 minutes, and said someone would be with me soon. There was a woman being served next to me who was visibly upset after working with an associate to solve an issue with her phone, and I heard her state that she'd been there for over an hour. About 15 minutes later another staff member came over to check on me & I asked if I should move over to what appeared to be the table for Mac issues. They agreed and I moved over a few minutes later. My issue was related to a water spill on my Macbook Pro, that damaged my charging port & keypad. I initially tried to resolve the issue with Best Buy - Geek Squad near my home, but the agent was unable to process the ticket after doing most of the work to assist me for an hour and send my laptop out to be repaired. He provided a Geek Squad ticket number & print out and gave me advice to go to an Apple location with it so they could help finish the job. After 45 minutes of waiting, the agent at Apple was able to enter the Geek Squad ticket into his database, collect my payment for repair and take the computer. $300 plus tax and a few business days later my Macbook was shipped back to me repaired. I will note that my Macbook was under warranty (extended) when this occurred . I struggled between a three and four rating because I could see why many customers were upset first hand. My decision to give them a three is because of the long wait time, despite of having an appointment made days in advance & explaining my issue to two associates before being told to move to the proper area to be seen. It was inconvenient, but this location ultimately helped resolve my issue and prevent me from footing the bill for a new Macbook this year. I would return if in a similar situation and pack the patience.
