I originally reached out via YELP and he responded within 24 hours with upfront pricing, and exactly what I needed to bring if I wanted a USB conversion. He told me he would have the job done within a week, and he delivered in less than a week. I suggest you either call or message them with what you need, and they will tell you upfront if they can or cannot do it and how much it would cost etc.

They too were pleasant and professional from the business department right to the working reproduction room. Everyone I met from the printers to the drivers became more than a business relationship...they became friends/family. The folks were so helpful and friendly. All this and they were less expensive than their competitors, significantly less expensive. I have moved my business to Costa Mesa and although farther away from ProGroup, I will still have ProGroup do all my printing and reproducible needs. Normally, I have difficulty with printers; sometimes they will have to reprint an image two or three times to get the colors correct; often times things will come out dark and muddy. NOT so with Mike. I'm not sure if he is just so skilled that he only has to print it once to get it perfect, or if he is secretly printing it a few different times and then giving me the best one, but whatever he is doing, it works for me!!
