Had an implant of one of my teeth done here 5 yrs ago and the implant just fell off the post. Not bad for $3800. On top of that they said I had another 4 to 5 teeth that were going to need implants. If you are impressed with all the 5-star reviews...don't be. They send you a text message saying that if you leave a 5-star review they will give you a Starbucks gift card. (In all honesty, I fell for it too and originally gave a good review. You'll see why I changed my mind) I went in for an emergency appointment and had to have a root canal. Of course I had to have a $1,000 scan that wasn't covered by insurance. UPDATE - I was told the scan was $500, but now I am being told it was $300? Yet I have reciepts showing I spent $1047 total for the visit. I had to come back a few days later because they couldn't get it done that day and the dentist numbed my mouth then literally said "okay I have to go do a cleaning in the next room" and left me with my mouth open for 30 minutes while I waited. My mouth wasn't even fully numb when he started and I had to ask him to stop. I had a follow up with my normal dentist a few days later and they were shocked at the job the dentist here did. They said I still had sealant from the crown on my neighboring teeth that wasn't cleaned off and it was seeping into my gums. Don't waste your time going here. UPDATE X2 - Dr. Greer wasn't the dentist that saw me and seems like a fine dentist, my review is not about him. However he took it upon himself to text me after I left this review which seems like that crosses a line. He went into my personal file to get my contact info to text me about my review. Plus, his comment below states "this person has never left a review before".... that should tell you how terrible of an experience I had. I've NEVER left a review before but felt the need to with this place. BEWARE! Yelp is probably "hiding" the 60 reviews because they were paid for. His office gives you discounts or gift cards if you prove to them you left a good review. read more

Finding a Dentist can be difficult at best, especially if your fairly new in the area, especially since my Father in-law is 89. Did some research, called & set up his appointment for today, at the PASCO OFFICE . I have worked in the Dental field and wanted to find an office that would treat patients with respect & kindness, but most importantly how the staff interacted with each other ..... it's team work after all ... & their interaction showed respect not only for their patients but their co-workers, & patients. Hearing a staff member telling another staff member, good job, thanks ... the entire atmosphere..... was Respect , a calmness & clearly a staff that respects their Doctor. That speaks volumes!! I know my husband & myself will be next & also shared with our neighbor. read more

Do not go here. Unless just for a cleaning. I got a crown placed here super painful and lengthy process. Never satisfied with it but thought that how it's probably going to be. Went back to my usual dentist in Spokane. And he was horrified about the fit and starting to have even bone loss from it. Needless to say I'm getting it redone and he's generous to do it at cost cause dental insurance won't cover a tooth I have already had a crown on. But the staff is super nice here, unfortunately don't go here for extensive dental work. read more

Phenomenal staff and Doctors. Hands down the best Dental practice for adults. We had a dental emergency on Saturday. After trying many offices and numerous messages left. Dr. Orozco called me immediately. He asked a few questions as was able to provide medical advice plus prescribe meds. The Dr then went on to give his cell phone number to be reached for any further questions. I appreciated their genuine thoughtfulness to my situation and prompt responses..Monday, here we are at the office. The staff is exceptional, thorough, professional and genuine in their efforts to make u feel comfortable, get u the best care and best price they possibly can.. highly recommend this place for adults. read more

Dr. Suggested I have a crown placed on a tooth with a cracked filling. Went ahead and had the crown placed. I have had nothing but problems with this crown. Had this office adjust the crown and still it didn't fit properly. Have had the same crown adjusted three other times from a different office and the crown still feels out of place. The crown is bigger then my other teeth and yet doesn't cover the natural tooth around the gum line. Currently I'm in the process of getting the crown that was placed at this office removed and having another crown made. All out of pocket expense since insurance already paid out for this current crown . Just remember it's a good idea to get a second opinion before committing to having work done. read more

Great communication, personable service, and pain free cleaning! Every staff member I worked with or spoke to was gentle and courteous. I was in for x-rays and a cleaning. Dr. Greer took time to review my x-rays, answer all of my questions, and talk about future options and provide referrals for my concerns. Post-COVID lockdown went to the Kennewick location for a simple cleaning. Was convinced by the dentist to have extensive work. Three months later pain persists in the region where drilling, filling, and crown were conducted. I guess I will go to another dentist to fix whatever is wrong? My whole family is seen here. The staff is friendly and thorough. The office is clean and new. The care is top notch.my only complaint is that they leave you sitting in the exam room for long periods of time while they tend to other patients. This leads me to believe they over book. People are busy and my time is as important as theirs. read more

I'm new to the area and have a painful tooth. I called mid columbia and left a message inquiring if they take my insurance. I received a call back, the answer was yes and they set up an appointment. I arrived at the appointment to be told they aren't taking new patients on my insurance plan. The office staff is obviously not well trained. I am not a fan of the dentist per say- but my children and I have been so happy with our experience at Mid-Columbia Dental. From the moment we walked in the door we felt that we were welcome and cared for. My children were very comfortable and enjoyed having their own room for cleaning (unlike where we went before- where there was just a big room everyone was in). The building is beautiful and clean. Both dentists are friendly, helpful and very skilled. The staff is amazing. I felt cared for and comfortable. Looking forward to my next cleaning. read more

There is nothing like having your teeth thoroughly cleaned and checked! Reagan, the hygienist, was though, very gentle and friendly. Even though she scraped a lot, I have no pain or tenderness from it. Dr Reggie Orozco is wonderful. I saw him in 2019 when I had a dental emergency. He was so kind and gentle then and still is. I have been a patient at Mid Columbia Dental Kennewick Office for several years and have to say it is amazing. The staff is knowledgeable and fun while always maintaining professionalism. I get nervous and tend to ask lots of questions and that is expected here. The equipment is modern and the office nicely decorated. There is a sense of team work and love of their local community here that I have not experienced before at a dentist office. For the holiday season they have set up a giving tree to help the local area. The people that work at Mid Columbia are kind and they extend that kindness beyond the dental office. read more

After issues with dental work at 2 other dentists in the area we decided to try out Mid Columbia Dental. I was impressed after the first visit. Dr. Tim listened to my questions and answered them in a very straightforward way. He is helping me with an issue I have had with an implant from another dentist and is making sure my issues are met and fixed. He actually listens to the patient. I am so thankful we found him.
