EVERYONE in this office is amazing for many many reasons! Let's start at the top! Every visit Dr. Andros has been kind, accommodating, warm, and empathetic. Kind, every time you come in, he is smiling, chatty, and informative. In this day of busyness, it is nice to take a breath and have a conversation about truly whatever. This really builds client rapport and feelings of value. Accommodating, no matter what you needed he made sure my daughter had it. From the frustration of "extra" visits because of a broken bracket or questions I had about my daughters' progress, he was always so accepting of everything that I came his way with. Warm, it is not very often you are met with such a warm and kind spirit like a true warm and kind spirit. It was always SO refreshing and nice to come into an appointment and be received this way. Empathetic, Dr. Andros always put people, his patients and their parent(s) above his schedule. He was always willing to sit for a few and have a conversation, always making you feel important. There are so many other things I could say. Staff -- Dr. Andros has put together an amazing staff to be part of his team and family. From the front office who always greeted us with a smile and opened the door for us, to his financial assistant who worked tirelessly to make sure all the financial details fall into place, to his technicians who cared for his patients, to really everyone -- truly amazing and treated just as important and valued for their contributions as the other! Zaylie -- I cannot thank you enough for all your kindness and patience with my daughter during this entire process. I truly have appreciated having you consistently caring for her! We always knew what to expect with you and that you would be gentle, thorough, and we always knew you were really invested in her smile journey success! Finally switched to a new dental office and by the time they saw me, I needed a root canal because of the filling done by West Pasco Family Dental. Yet, they still continue to send me bills. And I have yet to hear back from Dr. Nielsen who did a poor job on my filling. They will make an appointment for you, then not notify you that they cannot see you on that date because they so not have a hygienist scheduled. so they try to push your appointment months out regardless of how much pain you're in.

They did a filling (which ended up cracking shortly after). In doing that it did not fit well and pushed the tooth in front of it so tight that I couldn't floss. Over time I had to keep going in to get it adjusted so I could floss. Although this is fixing the work I've already paid for, they'd charge my insurance at times. Once it was loose enough to floss, that resulted in my implant next to it having issues, so now I have to pay $1600 for something THEY DID! I even paid some out of pocket expenses and when I checked my bill, they were charging insurance stating that I had a filling but of course insurance wouldn't pay it because that's an implant and no tooth is there. I should not be charged, nor should my insurance, for work I've paid for already and they need to fix. When I asked they'd say, well there isn't an expense to you. Um yes there is! I still pay for that insurance and because they did that I didn't have enough left in the year to cover a new implant crown I have to pay for....again....because they screwed it up! The front office and dentist both told me I should receive a refund for $175. Ofe then tells me that refund went to other charges on my account. Yeah the dishonest filling you charged me for! Their communication is horrible, professionalism is lacking, and ALWAYS check your statements with this place. I have yet to receive my refund and don't anticipate it will happen. I'm highly debating taking this to court for the simple purpose that it's wrong and they need to know they can't do this to people. The dentist and hygienist turnover rate is high here. Moving to corporate was not a good choice for this place. Do not go to West Pasco Family Dental!

I was instantly at ease and knew I came to the right place! Can we talk about how modern, clean, and stunning the office is.... WOW! The hygienist Alethea was so gentle taking her time and kept my mind off my nerves. Dr. Madsen was thorough and answered all my questions (it had been a while since seeing a dentist... ugh lockdown) I felt back in control of my oral health and confident in knowing I was in great hands!!! I spoke with the office manager (I think her name was Jenny) to get some clarification on my insurance coverage which was super helpful (that is never easy to understand). Overall a GREAT experience, I found my new happy place when it comes time to take care of my pearly whites!!!

I came in for an emergency dental visit on a Friday for a tooth/gum pain. Mr Powell told me I could have periodontal disease or something stuck in between my gum and tooth.i also had major sinus pressure on the side that hurt of my mouth. Came down to me having a kernel stuck in between my tooth/gum when I went home and flossed and did my daily hygiene properly. Was told by Molly she would communicate with me by the end of the day with a referred "sinus doctor" whatever that means, to go to... this was Friday. Calls me back at the end of Tuesday (they are close Sat-Mon ) " very employee not patient centered" and told me not to worry we didn't forget about you WITH NO DOCTER INFO GIVEN .when in fact by then I had told her I already had taken care of the sinus infection and was seen by a doctor. So I start feeling better tooth doesn't hurt anymore I go in for my cleaning which I had to schedule myself after getting a treatment plan for my cavities but in fact no cleaning treatment was scheduled. in that plan even though Mr Powell told me what the two causes could be of my tooth/gum pain. (I TOLD THEM I HADN'T SEEN A DENTIST IN YEARS AS WELL) I called back in and was told I would be scheduled for a cleaning when I get my cavity done. So I said why are we waiting till then to schedule a cleaning if it could be infact I have something stuck in my tooth. Cleaning went well as I don't recall her name but was very nice and informative as I hadn't seen a dentist in years. Get one of my cavities done goes fine although I did have a lot of pain hours after the treatment and could barely open my mouth . And this was treatment for one cavity. I go to my next appointment for two cavities everything goes fine until I noticed a week later I have dots on the areas that cavities were done. I call in ask to get seen as I've been brushing for over a week and it still appears to be noticeable . I was seen by Powell and HE SCRAPES THE AREA OF THE TOOTH where the red dots were and asked me if I see it anymore when in fact this was his job to do! I call back when I get home and there are scratch marks all over my tooth and asked Mr Powell as I was transferred to him directly if I was supposed to get a polish because it just didn't look right. I was told there was no scratches on my tooth when how do you tell that to the person that is looking directly at there teeth. I was also told to get a lawyer by Mr Powell himself which I infact will if it comes to find out cavities were done improper or tooth damages were done and cannot be helped. Not to mention I was pretty much judge by most of the staff of my clothing brand that I am partnered with. VERY JUDGMENTAL STUCK UP PRACTICE BE VERY CAREFUL. They take advantage of a naive population. Look at the reviews on yelp. Never judge a book by its cover. I WOULD SAY AVOID THIS PRACTICE IF POSSIBLE.
