I had a very frustrating experience with the front desk at this office. As soon as I started speaking, the staff member told me she couldn't understand me and demanded my driver's license without making any effort to listen or communicate respectfully and let me spell my name. I loved Dr.Greer. He's the only dentist I felt comfortable with. He is such a sweet guy and always made my anxiety go down. I am devastated that he is no longer in west pasco and I can't go to the me kennewick location because they don't accept state insurance over there. I just feel like there needs to be more than one dentist at the pasco location. Even with an appt. It takes me forever to be attended and I just doesn't feel as comfortable and taken care of as when Dr.Greer was there. He would do his best to make my insurance pay and now I'm in debt for two years. Luckily I am paying it off but it sucks. read more

I cannot say enough about Dr Howard and his staff taking care of my daughter through her wisdom teeth extraction. I told them of if her anxiety and fears and prescribed anti-anxiety medicine, gave her nitrous oxide and made sure she felt no pain. After the procedure I asked if she felt anything and she said no! While the cleaning was done well...they dont allow anyone to go back with the patient. This is definitely a place that will charge you for something you never asked for. Also, we noticed that with 3 different types of insurance with 3 different people...they still charged 120+ out of pocket with 1 person needing to return to finish the cleaning because they took a long time to first get an approval from insurance. So if they are unfamiliar with the insurance they won't start cleaning. Anywhere else you get charged 250ish for a cleaning out of pocket so you might as well go to a dentist who has a good reputation. Waiting now to see of they send the email required to cancel my loan because I'm heading south of the border for my work. read more

I was switching dentists. I went in for a cleaning and initial check. I was pushed to agree to a deep cleaning before the Dr even saw me with my uninsured part almost 300.00. I declined. The doctor came in and we talked about my experience with and disbelief in deep cleaning over many times of having it. Then I was told i would need a quarterly deep cleaning. He said it was my mouth and he did not care what I did. I figured I would get a cleaning and be on my way. My tech removed the bib and I asked if she was going to clean my teeth. She said they could not treat me and escorted me out. The Tech was excellent and apologized to me. The front desk ladies were great. The doctor did not have the guts to tell me himself of no service, he made the ladies do it. I guess if you don't want to help their bottom line or do it their way they don't want you. I do not recommend this business as it was their way or the highway. I felt bad for the ladies having to tell me when he could have done it before rushing out. I will find a good dentist that wants to work with me and has the guts to tell me things to my face. To the ladies, thank you. read more

I was recently here for a dental appointment. i was a bit anxious going in, but instantly i was greeted with kindness and i was made to feel very comfortable. i got a cleaning done by Mia, with the help of Judith. She's great! The Dr was very nice and thorough, explained everything i needed to know. Also loved the fact that tv was provided for comfort, i watched Wednesday on Netflix while i was being treated! I'm going to preface this by saying I have NOT been here. I made the mistake of scheduling two appointments, so I called in order to cancel one. After receiving a call back the following week, and moving toward canceling my appointment, I personally felt that too much was happening at once and I canceled my whole appointment all together. For me, as someone with dental anxiety, I didn't like that I was being told I'd need a cleaning right away at my first appointment. To me that felt too fast, and these people have no idea how bad off my teeth are. Policy is policy, and that is fine. I did however leave a review and provided feedback on how it made me feel. I did not name the receptionist, as I know that it isn't her fault...I just also felt it was important to advocate for myself in that moment. I suggested they consider a more layered approach as to not overwhelm people like myself (especially when I have 0 idea what to expect cost-wise). I felt that my review was well written, and I do understand how reviews can affect a business. I considered removing it, and if it was well received, and responded to professionally I would have. Instead...this is what the owner replied... I'll add. We received a flyer in the mail for new patient offer, which included exam, cleaning and x-rays. I received x-rays and a sales pitch for there yearly membership fee. Because I wasn't interested in there membership they weren't interested in me. They were to call in an antibiotic before cleaning which they failed to do. As far as I can see that membership fee is extortion because they charge you more if you don't purchase it. Very friendly staff. But not an experience I want to repeat read more
