I dropped off my car and I always get a little uneasy at auto shops cause you feel like you're vulnerable but my experience was amazing. I checked in and waited in the lobby. They have free water, snacks and coffee. They came up to me shortly after and said that my sensor wasn't working and there was no pressure on getting it replaced. They said it would cost about $200 to fix and it actually was the price I was expecting if that was the issue. I just didn't want to pay that for a sensor. And the mechanic told me that he doesn't blame me. I asked how much it would be and he said nothing. They even adjusted my tire pressure since some were off due to filling it with air at the gas stations and they aren't the most accurate. I really wasn't expecting this kind of service and would come back to this place in the future for services to my vehicle. Awesome place!

I make my appointment online, bring my car in, and it's usually done by the quoted time. I found the gentlemen working there knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I live closer to another Firestone Complete, but I drive the extra couple of miles because of the consistency in service. Note: there is a Pho noodle shop a couple of doors down if you are hungry, as well as a Starbucks and a couple of other places to eat within walking distance. If you don't want to sit at the store.
