Aside from being able to start back working and get things straight after Covid slowed down, I thought this would be an ideal start. I enjoyed the idea of learning to become service advisor, but after 2-3 weeks here all the major issues start showing. After being coined the token black guy from the manager there were multiple issues management and employees. From being called a nigga by the white manager, no later then five minutes after he heard me tell a personal friend why I don't like to be called that and to not do so, the manager tried to test and do the same thing. Not to mention the multiple times these grown men act homosexual to each other as a joke but get mad when someone doesn't to be played with as such. Upon accepting this job, I told the shop that I did not like to joke with sexuality , politics or religion. I was told I was no fun after telling the manager that his comment about me looking good in my work jeans or inappropriate and was moved to another location because of it. I was told I have a bad attitude because of those very situations. I didn't want to talk about religion or my beliefs but they didn't care about my requests what so ever. You have a felon that's done 20 years talking about Jesus and talking about grown men bootys at the same time. They have the most inconsiderate sticker saying "Blue Lives Matters" on the building which is rude and disrespectful to people of melanin color and after I told him a customer felt it was wrong they punished me for it. This place over charges and they are definitely racist and speak in the most disgusting manner about the customers when they're at the location and when they leave. The things I've heard them say about people of melanin are disgusting. This is just the start of exposing one of the two locations. Beware of taking your car here. There is a crack head that misses 3-4 days out the week without calling and never gets fired. But due to them not being able to hire anyone he does what he wants. They literally introduce this dude as the guy with the nose problem, they follow by saying he misses days out of the week without calling, due to booger sugar and he does what he wants yet still has a job. The other technician there literally walked out after not being able to understand that a young melanated man was managing the location, he walked off the job without any notice. They move me to the other spot then hire him back. The most racist or weird things go on here. read more

I could rate 0 star if yelp has that mode. I took my car and 2 - five qt of oil and my own filter here ask for help to change oil. With a person always change oil at home. I know exactly my car just take 5.6 qt. Come back to ask for the leftovers oil. They said they used it all. What a lier? That's is still ok until I come back home, my husband check the oil and find out they didn't change any damn oil except for the filter. I have to pay for the service plus my 2, five 5 qt oil for nothing. They are truly thief and lier. The service is actually going down. I took my car here for oil change, tire rotation and new brakes. After inspection on the brakes, I was told I did not need new brakes. They could have easily replaced them, charging me more and I would have never known. If you are looking for a reliable, honest and professional repair shop, this is it. This Midas is Awesome!! I mean even though I came in to get an oil change(is it ever that easy?) I ended up with a list of things to repair. However, they really took care of me. They presented me with payment options and helped me to create a list of what was a priority. I have to say If you want to be treated kindly and Fair.. COME see these guys! And the coffee is great! Fast Service! Great customer service. Arrive early, leave early. The Midas touch . It only has a few spots to book , but if you call ahead of time, they'll let you know if there's extra open spots because the Website isn't fully informative about what's available.
