Unbelievable customer service called to make appointment Mike greeted on phone he was friendly up beat he set me appointment and gave me additional information that would possibly save me on repairs I might need when I got there for my appointment he got all of my vehicles information and a technician named Rena brought my car in immediately with in 30 minutes Mike show me a report of my vehicle . Brakes were recommended And two filters he brought the filters and shows me there condition and walked me outside and showed me the brake pads and specs on rotors . 09/16/2023 Have been satisfied at this location many times in the past. The current manager, Mr. Espinoza, needs improvement on his phone and counter skills. He makes a customer feel he's doing you a favor to accept your business. Auto #1 he was asked to turn off a tire pressure light on the dash. When notified the light was still on, he said it was probably a faulty sensor. Either way, he failed to note this on the receipt and certainly did not speak with the service person. Auto #2 the following day, Mr. Espinoza was given a written slip asking for a tire rotation. This was not done and was not billed. No explanation. We will take our business elsewhere. read more

Cannot say enough good things about my experience at Midas and with Mike the gm. They are so courteous, professional, helpful etc. I first brought my car in bc I had a slow leak. They checked it several times without charging me, as everyone else would've. They didn't oversell me. They then suggested 2 affordable tires for my car...they didn't try to gouge me. They also threw in a complimentary alignment. They were so helpful, expeditious, generous, etc. They also found and removed a nail from another tire in the rear. Holy lawsuit Batman I am suing Angel and Terry I went in for a normal check on an engine light. Angel sabotaged my vehicle to a point were I need to tow it out immediately or pay the $3700.00. After an argument I did. Car died from the repair 2 weeks after. Tried hustling me for another $3200 or they won't release tow it out immediately or pay even more. Then Terry retrieved my person loan info off my snap account ( I confronted her on that). A few days later an attempt for $2000 was attempted on my bank account. Well, I was happy with the service and new brakes and rotors. So much that I went back because when I brake I hear noise and grinding. I thought I needed new front brakes and rotors. The tech looked and said I have about 30% left. I drove away perplexed. Then I looked at my Midas back brakes and rotors. They are rusted. We aren't near water, humidity. Not sure why this is happening on rotors that are barely 3 months old. read more

But they gave me my car back with a huge pull to the left (they didn't mention this at all!) brought my car to this Midas shop and they immediately identified the problem (bad work by the dealer) and fixed it immediately. Just to add to the comment that these guys are liars and thief's I would like everyone to know this as well. After my post on 1/17/24 I received a reply from the corporate office wanting to know what went wrong. I explained to the the issue. They said the would investigate. After the investigation they said it was a computer glitch or a training issue. The person said they would refund the difference between what should have been charged and what was charged. I said great! Thank you. I have not seen that refund yet. So the cooperate person lied to me as well. That to me means the Corporate Culture is to lie. It is not just on a location level. That means that all Midas Muffler locations are taught to be liars and thief's by the corporation. At least that is the way I see it. read more

You may not agree with what they have to say but my car runs like a sewing machine and i trust them. The same guy works in my car almost everytime. This was awful. I brought in my car to get a tire change. The guy said he would call me back with more information and six hours later I hadn't heard from him, so I called the shop. He said he would get back to me, and then the store closed for the night with no call or information. He then calls me an hour and a half after closing and leaves a voicemail saying it's going to take longer than it should and he'll call me the next morning. The next morning comes around, and he says he can't do anything about it and take it to a Mercedes shop to fix. Literally did nothing but waste my time and be rude. So infuriating read more

I was the first person there one morning to get a tire repaired on my wife's car. I'll never go back or near this place again. The big guy (very short hair or no hair) was beyond rude. He just didn't want to help. Maybe he was having a really bad day. Not sure. But he has no idea how to treat a customer. I really did enjoy talking to the young African American man who was singing. He had an awesome voice and I had fun talking with him. He went out of his way to tell me he would help me once the boss got around to waiting on me. But the big guy seemed to be the boss, never got around or could be bothered with talking to me. So I left. Found a place on Lincoln, went right in, problem solved, lesson learned. read more

Bought new brake pads at Autozone, staff recommended I take it to Midas, got them installed for a staggering $190, but the next day my brakes kept squealing . Went back to Midas lady at desk blamed the brand new pads I had purchased, then they suggested I drove it for a few days to wear them in, a week later they are still squealing, took it back only to be told I needed to go and purchase another set of new pads and bring them back yo be fit for free lol why will I bring it back to you when you were unable to fit a perfectly new pads I paid you to install. This Midas is perfectly fine for an oil change. Unfortunately, even with an appt., it still took 2 hours and they forgot to fill up my windshield fluid, as I requested. Very friendly staff. Unfortunately, It's not much cheaper than the Valvoline down the street. The location is convenient and there is plenty of parking. read more
