Was ignored when arrived when they asked how they could help (after standing around for 20 minutes) I mentioned I had an appointment, they asked for the keys and then just continued to stare at me for a few minutes. Not knowing what else was needed from me or any further communication I was told I didn't need to stand there anymore and to go sit down. They proceeded to do walk in work ahead of my appointment, and honestly with the number of guys in the bay I curious if they have - dozen guys that work there or they just violate OSHA regulation. This appointment wS for a tire swap, winter tires to all season. Almost two hours later still here. Hopefully this is a franchise otherwise if I was corporate I'd be pissed.

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I had 4 tires replaced in June and this was one…read moreof the tires 6 months later, buldging all over the inside. They told me my shock was bad. I had them replace the tire and went on my way. A mechanic at another shop looked it over and said my shocks were perfectly fine. Evidently it was a faulty tire and they didn't want to be responsible for the replacement fee, telling me it was the shocks making it my fault. During the mounting of the new tire, the mechanic stripped out one of the lug nuts and they expected me to pay for it. I heard the mechanic cross thread it when he was trying to put it on. After I told them that, they then agreed to pay for it. Less than one month later I woke up to a flat tire, the same tire they had replaced. I aired it up and went back. Waited about 15 minutes just for them to get it in the garage, there were only 2 cars in the bays and mechanics were just hanging around talking. After they finally started working on it after about 1/2 an hour they said they are still trying to find the problem. Finally I saw Them back the car out. I waited another 20 minutes and finally went to the counter. I asked what the problem was, why hadn't somebody contacted me. They said hold on, they'll get somebody to take care of me. Finally they came out and tried charging me for the replacement of a valve stem. I said the tire is a month old and I told you to replace the valve stem when you changed the tire. He said fine he'll "eat the cost". He said it was damaged from me during the tire up. I said I had a flat tire, how was I supposed to get here. I woke up this morning, the next day, and low and behold the tire was flat once again. As I aired the tire back up I noticed they didn't even replace the valve stem they tried charging me for, it was same old valve stem. Don't ever waste your time going there. I'm going to another shop to get the problem resolved because they can't seem to figure it out.

Driven Brands Terrible & Sub Industry Standard Customer Care Support Standards & Practices…read more This Article and Information sharing will show how disgustingly inept and well below minimum standards this company's and its subsidiaries commitment to customer service and quality really are. I had a completely unacceptable and frankly wrongful customer experience at a local Meineke Shop. As a disabled person who needs a cane to walk reached out to the local Meineke shop with a web inquiry. As a returning/Repeat customer, after receiving no acknowledgement or response, I wrote again 2 additional or 3 times total. Again my inquiries were ignored disregarded and to this day remain unanswered. So I proceeded to drive to the Meineke shop to ask why the disgustingly inept customer service and non-response to my inquiry. In the Dead of Winter snow banks abundant, I parked in the only valid and marked parking space available. Also, if It Matters, I do have a valid Handicap Plackard displayed in my vehicle clearly visible from a distance! Someone from the shop came out, saw me with walking difficulty and with a cane curtly said you must move your car you can't park there! As after receiving that shocking and disrespectful interaction I left and drove away! Subsequently to that shocking inept act of customer service, I Reached out to Driven Brands (Meineke's Parent Company) in Charlotte NC for support and asked that the Senior or District Manager reach back out to support a repeat and returning customer request for service. After Not Less than 6 Phone calls to the Charlotte and Corporate Headquarters the same disrespectful, Inept and disgraceful disregard and concern for their repeat and returning customers was sustained. After Not less than 6-Phone calls to this corporate entity no one has responded, left a message or even attempted to address this substandard, unlawful, and unacceptable customer care. Though questions may be raised with regard to my Customer Experience, I would encourage you to search Driven Brands and the noted Corporate ineptitude and Business Failures of the leadership including that of its SLT. This could explain why they don't respond? Text Found Include: "Driven Brands Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: DRVN), parent company of CARSTAR and Meineke, is embroiled in a massive corporate mismanagement scandal. The company disclosed widespread accounting errors and internal control failures requiring the restatement of financial records spanning from 2023 through 2025.[1, 2, 3, 4] The financial misstatements and alleged executive misconduct triggered a severe crisis, resulting in multiple federal securities fraud class action lawsuits and a 40% plunge in the company's stock" Run don't walk from either of these two So-Called Service Company's!

They must have some special tools or tricks-of-the-trade to easily handle this. I need new tires anyway, so I checked their website, found the tires I wanted and went to Sullivan Tire on a Saturday morning. Customer service was awful. Guy at the counter (Kevin) made me wait while he chatted up a woman about personal issues. Ok- I can be patient. Another customer walks in and goes to the empty counter. Manager walks over and helps her- while making eye contact with me- standing in line to be helped. Nope. Still leaves me waiting. I finally get to get Kevin's attention, and explain my problem. He says- "how about Monday at 1:00?" "Umm- I have work. I can be here at 4:00." How about next Saturday?" A WEEK? For two lug nuts? He says "maybe we can chisel them off or something..." "Is that going to mess up my rims?" "WHOA- you're talking like THAT? No- I won't touch it." Wait- WHAT? I just got refused service because I'm concerned about the damage to my $1200 investment? Found out from my friends that they had similar experiences there. Bottom line: if THEY don't trust their mechanics to not damage your car- neither should you. Save yourself the aggravation and take your business elsewhere. Update: I went home and drilled out the two lugs with a pistol drill and installed new ones I bought from Amazon. Took me about an hour and cost less than $10. I assumed a professional tire shop would have a better fix than a driveway mechanic. Guess I was wrong!
