I brought my car here for a full alignment. I was told it was a complex alignment, needing 2 people and extra work performed to complete. I was given a price of over $600.00 I brought it elsewhere, and it was done within an hour for $160.00 I will NEVER recommend Midas to anyone! WTF?! read more

Service manager is a reliable and trustworthy individual who always gives me good advice. I never hesitate to bring my car here when I have concerns- they always provide guidance on what services need to be performed now and what can wait. Scheduling online makes things even easier. They offer walk in emissions testing, a fast oil change, and plenty of other services. I was able to get better tire prices at Costco but that's the only time I've gone elsewhere due to price. read more

My truck would not start so I had it towed to Midas. They kept it for a week, I had to call a few times to check on the status. They never really figured out what was wrong just said something electrical. When I picked it up exactly as it was when it arrived there , they presented me with a 321.00 bill for diagnosing. Diagnosing what???? I will never go there again and do not recommend that anyone else does either. Talk about a rip off!! read more

I brought my Ford truck for a rear muffler replacemebnt, the mgr said no problem, $570 .00, Why so much when the muffler is listed for $70. on line, he said his labor charge is $180. per hour. That is what M-B gets in their shop and these clowns are not Mercedes calibre mechanics. They replace mufflers for Christ sake. BTW, their methos of replacing the rear muffler is to torch the muffler pipe and re-weld a new muffler into place. Laziest basterds I have ever met. Don't wste your money with these iodiots. I went to Midas today because they sent me a coupon for a $25.00 oil change and free tire rotation. Also the coupon stated that they would give my fluids look-see. I also asked that they install a headlight bulb that I had purchased, since they were going to be under the hood anyway. The mechanic said "no problem". But guess what? It was a problem. The whole thing was like a bait and switch. I knew I wasn't going to get the $25.00 oil change because my vehicle required full synthetic. I understood that it would be $60.00. I was mainly there for the tire rotation. So after one hour of waiting the lady comes out and tell me, she can't rotate the tires, the treads were "dangerously low". I said why not? The treads are low, but I had my CDL license for 12 years, I know what dangerously low looks like, and my tires ain't it. She said if I had a blowout I might sue. She also said it would be $35.00 to replace the bulb. "It doesn't simply screw in" she said. (It took me, a novice, 6:02 minutes to replace it when I got home) "You knew I am mainly came here to get the tires rotated because we talked about it." Did you already change the oil? I would have gone somewhere cheaper for this." So to make amends she gave me 10 bucks off. But, even though the price on the board of prices said $59.95, she charged me $64.99, so really it was 5 bucks off. I had gone there for emissions testing before and it went smoothly. What a mistake to go there again! read more

I had my 2011 Mercedes GLK 350 brakes done with new LIFETIME WARRANTY pads, 4 rotors resurfaced, and brake fluid flush and fill all quoted for about $400 less than the dealership quoted. Plus, I had $60 in coupons from the Midas website making it significantly less expensive than the dealer. All work was done within one day, and the staff was SUPER friendly. Would 100% recommend, and I'll be using them for all future needs. read more

Jackie the general manager is so friendly and they take the time to get to know you for a more personal service. They're fast, affordable and honest. They gave our car a 'clean bill of health' on things our dealership was trying to overcharge us for. $121 later we had a synthetic oil change, emissions test and bulb replaced as opposed to the $3,000+ the dealership was claiming we needed. The only place to go for car services and repairs that is very reasonable and reliable. All employees are all so kind and management is fantastic they have gone above my expectations. Assisting with coupons and what repairs need to be done like as safety procedures and what has been recommended to get done. I was on my way from Clinton CT to Silver Spring MD to take my son to college when my car stopped working. I was alone with my 3 teens in a total panic. Crying, I told the two managers, a woman and man, how stressed I was about starting out on the 6-hour drive without a working car. They had many cars ahead of me, but took a quick look and noticed a bolt was loose. A BOLT! That did it. They were able to start the car and get me on my way. NO CHARGE! I went there today for an oil change and a tire rotation. They couldn't do the tire rotation and when I went to pay for the oil change it was $91. I commented on how much it was and she said they put in synthetic. I said I always use a blend. I said that they should ask what people want. She said, "some people get mad if we ask.". That is bull. Nobody is going to get mad if you ask. Better safe than sorry. They just want more money. It isn't like they can take it back. I was stuck paying. The woman said, "you get more miles out of the synthetic." That's funny, because when I looked at the sticker inside my car, it says that I should come back for an oil change in the same amount of miles as the blend. NEVER going back and I will tell everyone the same. Way too expensive - not honest!! read more

'Good service', yeah. Okay. My brother went in today to have his muffler fixed because he couldn't seem to fix it without having it lifted higher than the jack. What did he get when he went here? He was mocked and laughed at. Example; he broke the drill bit and they openly mocked the fact that he did. Who did this? Apparently the mannager. How many times have YOU lot messed up? When you're working in your backyard, you work with what you've got. You also claimed it would take all day. Well, guess what? Had it taken to the garage at the bottom of our hill and had it finished in an hour. Pay out the nose for you to stretch the time? I think not. read more

An hour and a half before Midas was going to close on a Saturday afternoon, we drove in and asked for help.
