I truly appreciate that. Stopped in recently and witnessed a very nasty female customer berating the owner...owner had to use the restroom and being by herself,locked the door for 3 minutes. The woman beat on the door and screamed about how she waited 15 minutes...um no. I was in my car prior to my arrival. In any event the customer tried to verbally assault the owner - she handled it with grace and kindness, explaining herself. The woman stormed off to which the owner offered her a good day.
