Come on man, it's not that complicated. I've been here twice and so far there's always a mix up. First time I asked for one chicken and one lamb-- I get both chicken. Second time I say two salads-- I get two rices . There are too many carts to put up with this. I think what rubbed me wrong the most was the guy who's taking my order's demeanor. Great food - no wait. Found this cart from TheHalalGuysGuy on Instagram, and we had this ranked as his top halal cart in the city. Even higher than Adel's! I've really only had halal food from Adel's that's been memorable (not from NYC so not many chances to eat this) I pulled up and there had to have been maybe one person in front of me. Maybe a 10 minute wait since they whipped up a batch of lamb on the grill. However, food was amazing. They have a really nice salad with pickles, jalapeño, and raw onions that I personally think went well with the food. It also comes with a few fries which I thought was a plus don't recall Adel's doing that. The portion was great for $9. The rice was NOT AS SALTY as Adel's which was my biggest complaint. Solid halal cart! I came on a Wednesday evening after work, and the service was pretty quick - maybe an 8 minute wait to get my food (fast especially when compared to the very famous Adel's). I got the lamb and chicken rice combo for $9, and enjoyed the french fries that were included. I enjoyed the meat and thought everything was very flavorful.
