Unfortunately, my lips ended up looking and feeling overfilled, lumpy, uneven, and unnatural. The bruising was severe, I experienced pain and tenderness for weeks, and I could feel irregularities throughout my lips long after the procedure. At my follow-up appointment, Jennifer acknowledged that my lips were crooked and performed an extremely painful massage to try to correct the filler. Despite the poor result, no complimentary correction was offered. Four months later, I saw another injector for a second opinion. She immediately noted that my lips appeared overfilled, which likely contributed to the lumpiness and uneven appearance. Even now, I can still see and feel filler in the back of my lip, creating a noticeable bulge when I pull my lip down. My other concern was pricing. The cost was never clearly discussed beforehand. During the appointment, I agreed to two syringes based on Jennifer's recommendation and was shocked by the final bill. As a first-time client, I believe the total cost should have been clearly explained before treatment began. Looking back, I feel I was overfilled and upsold rather than properly advised. I would not return and would not recommend this provider.

Much to our joy, the business has opened up an extension space that offers a side by side couples massage experience and that's what we indulged in. My wife was scheduled with Amanda, and I had..... I believe her name was Rani? not sure of the spelling. Rani was attentive, QUIET, asked how pressure and comfort was, and largely just focused on the Swedish massage, instead of talking the entire time like my last visit here with a different therapist. So, for this time around, I appreciate that Rani gave a pleasant massage. Amanda is a rockstar and my wife loves getting massages with her. In fact, I get jealous because I wish I could have a massage from Amanda as well, which I could, but she can't clone herself for two side by side if we do the couples suite. This is a very cute spa and we love to support local business. I do see us returning in the future for self care treatments. My only concern is that when calling or texting to schedule for massages, I expect........ that whomever is discussed as a name within that conversation, that will be the massage therapist or therapists (couples) that are present day of.
