Customer since 2008! Over those years they've stayed consistent over the many management/owner changes. I love that they've stayed pretty much the same over the years! If you order to-go, please note the breaded fried dishes don't travel well, instead take a seat and enjoy the freshness of their Sesame chicken or gyoza. They have the best spicy chicken teriyaki in King and Pierce county! That particular dish does travel well so I get it to-go and leftovers are plenty unless you're starving. Great post hike meal - they're close on Sundays tho. For lunch their teriyaki bowls are the perfect portion but if you go with their lunch combos, which comes with a plain yet delicious salad, you're in for a food comma. Just received delivery of teriyaki and honey sesame chicken combination. The combos come with no vegetables or salad. Just a pile of meat and rice. The rice was mushy. The honey sesame chicken has very thin breading and the meat was very rubbery. Not a pleasant texture at all. The teriyaki chicken came with hardly any sauce on it and there was no extra sauce with the delivery. The chicken was just meh. This restaurant needs to provide rice that hasn't been over cooked and sitting around for a long time. I've never actually had wok fried chicken come out this tough and rubbery. They should always provide extra teriyaki sauce to drizzle on your chicken just before you eat it. Otherwise the steam and sweat that occurs inside to go container waters down the existing teriyaki and washes it to the bottom of the plate. I received no soy sauce and no napkins. read more

The food now seems to be just frozen and not homemade- popped in a deep fryer from Safeway frozen food section- sauce was just OK- but the topper was the new (guessing) "owner" as he just dropped the food down on the table with a nasty attitude--and walked away-- boy we miss the homemade tasty goodness and the wonderful family that worked/owned it!!... definitely WILL NOT BE BACK-- and now the search for our new "go to" place begins!.. So, I finally tried their wonton soup. OMG.. sorry to use this word but it was NASTY! They dropped an egg in there plus, all the vegies were mushy AND on top of that, they used their gyoza/pot stickers as their dumplings. Since the pot stickers' dough is thin, it melted into mush. Everything else is good, not theor wonton soup. I would get wonton soup at Top Gun near Albertsons. They make the best wonton soup. I cannot give this restaurant a better rating than Five Stars. I've now ordered take out (so yes, this review is for Take Out Only!) from this location four times in the last month. Yes, once a week or so. Having recently begun working in Auburn I needed a place to pick up a hot meal on days when I didn't feel like packing a lunch or whatnot (read: I'm a lazy SOB who usually doesn't get up early enough to pack a lunch), I've tried four different items and in each case the food was done earlier than anticipated and ready to pick up upon arrival, which is awesome on its own. However, every dish has been fresh, tasty, and honestly the price is right for Lunch menu & combo items. The staff has been kind and swift in service every.single.time. I wish I had a photo to upload with my review, I even thought about taking a photo this afternoon of my Spicy Teriyaki Chicken, but that thought occurred after I'd already taken three huge bites.. so it seemed unfair to the business to display a partially devoured meal, even if it would be a compliment. Skip the food inside the mall and cross the parking lot for this meal. The best meal is the beef teriyaki and general taos. I substituted the chicken for beef. The chicken is good too. My grandson (14) asked to stop in here for their Teriyaki Chicken. So I caved and said, ok. I'm very happy I did because for one thing it was very clean which I like a lot. I LOVED the atmosphere, the booths and the space between the table and their seats we're very comfortable. The staff was hospitable & quick. Prices are pretty darn good for all the food we ordered. I ordered 1-T1 Teriyaki Chicken w/Rice & Salad for my grandson, we shared a 4pc. order of Tempura Shrimp And a 8pc. order of Gyoza and it all cost a total of $20.89. I would give 2.5 star for one of the dish is not good. Both sPricy chicken teriyaki and Kung pao chicken have vinegar tastes to it. The spicy chicken looked different from the other review I found so I asked and they told me the owner changed and they made changes to few item. Found out they used to own teriyaki place in downtown Seattle next to Pacific Place(not going to write the name of store for privacy). I got friends who work in Amazon downtown used to tell me about this place, always busy and had to wait line due to crowd, and his bragging about crazy hot but tasty spicy chicken(my friends called it 'Addictive Hot chicken'). Food: 5/5. Food is great. I can easily say it's the best spicy chicken I ever tried (hot but addicting). I ate most of it before my group tried it. Honey sesame chicken really has honey flavor on top of sesame flavor (which was new thing for me but I like it). Beast chicken was moist and tender, nothing new. The food looked they were made after order. It was hot and moist. I came to outlet mall often and I think I found my regular teriyaki store for auburn and outlet mall visits. Service: 3/5 Free self-served hot tea and water. Service was ok-ish. The guy working front was cool but not too friendly. The owner came around and ask us if need anything. As you can see in all my previous review, I like to write bit detail review to give you most accurate experience. Overall the food was good but the service is typical - what I call Asian Friendly. Once they deliver - you are on your own until they give you the bill. We had the Pork Teriyaki and you get a good portion plus it is tasty. We also had the - I think they are called Spring Rolls - which were excellent. I did not care for the packages of sauce we received - what happened to in a cup - a little fancier. The rest of the presentation is done nicely on regular plates. Water is self service.
