I visited the business on 5/15/26 I ordered food which totaled up to $28.42 exactly. The owner system took the money off of my apple pay I showed him proof he continuously stated that his system in fact did not take my money , I showed him proof from my phone from my bank through Apple that he infacted take the money he refused to refund me $28.42 he also refused to offer me the food. He as trying to embarrass me by asking which bank did APPLE have trying to make it seem as I was lying about his system taking the money from my apple pay. This situation was not resolved nor did the woman cooking in the back offer a solution I left with no refund or food !! read more

Came here a couple times while I was attending classes at the nearby college. I tried their spicy chicken and chow mein which was okay. Where they lack in flavor profile, they make up with quite substantial portion sizes as I had to take leftovers home; which I rarely do. The staff wasn't as friendly or welcoming and I felt they were a bit impatient when I asked questions about their menu items. Being on a shorter lunch break, the food took a bit longer to come out than I'd hoped; but I guess that means its freshly cooked. I come here every now and then for a quick bite when I'm in the mood. Most times, I get the shrimp fried rice which is really good. Outstanding short ribs! Although the salad was thinly sliced cabbage, I thought that was kind of weird. Dressing was sweet, maybe that's teriyaki salad dressing standards. Gyoza was a rip off, it was $5.99 for a 10-piece, when I can get a plate full of beef for $10.99! Bubble tea was NOT liquid-y like most places, it was thick like smoothie and tasted like yogurt slush. However, the jellies were the best jellies I've ever had!!! Two thumbs up for jellies!! The food is very average, the salad not good (shredded cabbage, not lettuce like most teriyaki joints (looks like a bird's nest, dinky dressing)) but the service is what I found really bad and unacceptable. 1) The woman cashier is disorganized, arrogant and smart alecky. She made 4 customers wait while she dug through the fridge looking for something, no explanation or apology. Then she walked out of the restaurant to her car looking for something while customers waited. The cook had to come out to the counter to be cashier and deliver the food to waiting customers while the real cashier went missing someplace. 2) I tried them one more time a few days later with bad results. I gave my order for 1 container of soup to the same woman cashier and she rung it up and gave me a receipt. Then she told me it would be 10 minutes (to pour a container of soup). I was the only customer in the restaurant. She then went to a table, sat down with the cook and ate their lunch. Finally when she was good and ready she went and poured my container of soup and put it in a bag and handed it to me. I asked if I could have a plastic spoon. She almost yelled at me loudly stating that she had put a spoon in the bag "didn't you see it?" I said no, I did not see it. I took the bag with soup and jetted out of the place. Have been eating here pretty consistently at least once a week since the start of quarantine... unfortunately this time I found a pencil tip sized bug butt in my fried rice . Upon further examination and a little googling it turned out to be the butt of a cockroach nymph. I have only have a few bites of this rice , but now I have to throw out an entire order because I'm so grossed out and can't get passed the fact there was a dead bug in my food . Really disappointed. The food is super nice, The lady and cook's were nice. But the time of year I came was summer. As we were eating a bug was just crawling on the wall me and my parent's freak out. We go to a different table requesting the lady to kill the bug or take it outside. We keep eating, Other than the bug's the food was amazing. Although I wish that we could be eat alone for a moment. Ordered a delivery from this place for the first time, was not sure about it at first as the reviews and the stars do not promise much, but had a great experience ordering and no problems with the order! The food arrived hot (and I waited about 20-30 minutes before eating), the food arrived as promised time wise and the driver even texted me and said that the food is at the door, that is nice, in case local raccoons get their paws on it. A friend and I ate here for lunch, he had the pork fried rice and I had the chicken bowl. Both our meals came out within 10 minutes, hot and fresh. I ordered yakisoba here. They used spaghetti noodles. Maybe I'm a noodle-ist but I was really annoyed to have the wrong type of noodles in my foodles. Kung Pao chicken, orange chicken, hot and sour soup. I opted for the BBQ RIBS ($9.99). Awesome portion of meat, rice and salad. Served hot and the ribs had a sweeter than usual sauce that I enjoyed a lot. They had a nice flow of people coming in during lunch time, which is always a good sign. We just recently moved to the Lea Hill neighborhood and stopped at this place once on a whim and got the Kung Pow Chicken with a side order of Gyoza and each were fantastic. We have been going to Ringo Wok for years. This is my go to place for Teriyaki. We see lots of asian kids from Green River College there and it would stand to reason that they would not go to a place that doesn't serve "home food" that they like. Eat in or take out, it's all good. LIke having wi-fi available too. I read some of the other reviews and wonder if people understand that if you always go when it is busy, it may cause you to wait or have something in the meal that is not exactly like the last time. They do a lot of take out business and I think they do a good job of servicing a lot of people quickly. Be realistic about your expectations or go when it is not so busy. read more

I've been here over 15 times, mostly because there are not too many options around Lea Hill unless you drive a min. of 7-10 minutes. - Food it's ok, portions are ok, looks like there is a lot because they use very small plates (I been to too many teriyaki places to know this). - Customer service is horrible, they barely talk to you (specially the older male), they talk just to give you the total. - I usually order to go, so if you want any type of sauce (teriyaki, hot, etc.), they will charge you for it. You should at least give one free sauce to your frequent customer, specially if you have seen them for over 8 times in a month!!! - Most of the time that I paid with cash, they don't run it through their register! This has to be the worst Chinese food ever. I'm sure this place still runs only because it's by Green River college and students go there. I've ordered 3 meals; Their garlic chicken sauce is watery, no flavor and the chicken taste old. The chicken pad Thai was dried, noodles stuck together and chicken was over cooked. The chicken teriyaki was ok, managed to eat some of it. The rest of meal was trashed though. Never eating there again. Don't trust the high reviews, people never had authentic Chinese food. read more
