As soon as he became available, he ran to us and was very friendly and knowledgeable. From that point on, he did everything he could to answer our questions and m ake us feel comfortable. My test drive with him was a great time, as he is friendly and fun! Best car purchase ever and I'm 61 (don't know how many cars I've owned, but it's a lot). After months (November) they barely just CREATED a title the end of March and now changing their tune and saying none of the delay is their issue and providing contracts and paperwork for registration wasn't their responsibility (despite me confirming many times the process and what if anything was my responsibility, speaking also to the company they process registration through whose processor said they were unresponsive). GM is never available to speak with. Now today the title clerk just hung up on me?!! Shady and highly illegal that it's taken this long and I'm expected to make payments on a car I haven't been able to drive legally since January.

On their site there was a beautiful Z06 for sale, of course I still needed to see this car in person. Before investing time and effort I read the reviews and they were ALL positive, so I decided to contact them. A couple hours later Ryan the owner calls me, we discuss the car and setup a time for me to go check it out. Next I make my way to Muncie, IN. The car was outside waiting for me, Ryan allowed me to inspect it and answered all my questions and concerns, we take it out for a test drive and WOW!!! I pulled the trigger and bought the car. I could've been in and outta there in under 30 minutes but Ryan and I hit it off talking about cars and all sorts of other topics, felt like I was talking to a lifelong friend. He helped me do a quick photo shoot of the car, so I could send pics to family and friends back home. We bought a vehicle from them and before doing so,…read moreasked for certain things (knobs for the radio, carpets for the car because they didn't have any, a navigation disc and an extra key and remote because it only came with one). They said they would do all of that for us. After purchasing the car, my husband put gas in it and it wouldn't start. We told them about that and the power steering issue. They said they would fix it. Mind you, we also bought a warranty plan through them for $660. Come to find out, the water pump and power steering need replaced. Warranty does cover it but they only paid $249 for the warranty. When I called them about this, they said that they up-charge the cost of the warranty in case they need to fix something. They did get us the $2 knobs and a burnt navigation disc that didn't work and completely wiped out the radio and it had be reset. No carpets and they told me that they would have never told me they would pay for an extra key and remote and asked if I had it in writing. No, I didn't, because I took their word for it. Ron, the owner doesn't stand by his word and I would never send someone to him again.

So the first thing that happened is the cost GM OEM transmission is 4900. The warranty company called me and said I was going to need to pay 3k because All American was up charging. I called and asked why and the answer I got was it's called doing business. I dropped my car off February 24th and now it's April 11th and nothing has been done to get me back on the road. I'm picking my car up today and taking it to Sam Pierce Chevrolet in Daleville. I'm still flabbergasted that they were trying to over charge me and when I called them out I get punished. I will never buy anything from All American and I will never bring another vehicle here for anything.

He drove it 30 seconds swore up and down the wobbly tire was all in her head so she went ahead and headed to Tennessee to see her dad and grandma and they hadn't even got out of Anderson when the tire literally flew off of the car. Literally flew off! She had to buy a new tire had a big old dent in the tire well from where the tire that flew off hit the car itself before bouncing across the interstate and when she called them back, they said that was her issue they checked it out and it was just fine so basically they said just deal with it. They are liars they are thieves and they know they sell crap but they won't tell you that they selling you crap. All they want is your money and to get you off a lot so when the car breaks down where you can literally do a u-turn in the next parking lot go back and let them know about the issue and then they lie and say there is no issue. Since they were on the interstate my daughter her husband and my granddaughter could have died due to that tire. I will tell everyone I know never ever ever give them even so much as a dollar for one of those messed up cars.
