We received just as much service as we needed, but also were allowed to roam. In the end, Therese H. settled on a Natuzzi sectional, and accent furniture including barrel chairs, ottoman, and rug. Once it all was priced up, the total bill compared favorably to similar furniture at other places. The sectional was made with T's custom measurements, which meant it would take a while. I was able to order the same piece of furniture for $600 less than the mega-store. Schwarz quoted a 4-week delivery time and called 2 weeks later to schedule delivery. The delivery men were very nice and took care to place the furniture exactly where we wanted. They cleaned up all of the shipping material and even dusted the unit before they left. Browsing the GB makes you feel like you are shopping, RH or Pottery Barn. Also, I am a big fan of Olive and Cocoa, a mail order catalog. My most recent visit, I found several items from the catalog, in TGB and I'd rather buy local, then from a major catalog. This store is amazing, the staff is always eager to help. If you shop like me and don't need help, they are cool with that, too. I can spend my money, without any help. If you're decorating your home, or if you need a gift for mom, your BFF and the school teacher, I'm telling you to come here and shop. Not sure how they can compete with other large home stores with similar offerings at much more affordable prices. Maybe some classes or something to get folks in could help?
