The prices are very, very reasonable (better than any local store or Wayfair online buying). I was very surprised at the amazing selection. I fell in love with so many things. And, since I am not at all artistic, nor good at decorating, and I am a bit intimidated by decorating my home, I really appreciated the helpful owner. She shared her inspirational rooms and pics that looked they they came out of a magazine for little money. I never thought I could imitate such a thing in my own home, and I was quite skeptical to try, but, she helped me find some items to fix up my oldest daughters room. Wowee, with her help, the room completely transformed into something that looked like it came out of a magazine, for a little more than a hundred dollars. With that succes, I came back a second time for my youngest daughter's room (wanting to give her a room transformation for her 13th birthday). I gave the owner some pictures of the room with a small budget. Watching her put things together is inspiring and fun. She is truly talented and gifted, and she shares this gifting with those who shop in her store for FREE!!! I have been learning a lot from her, as she teaches how to put different things together. I need to post some pics of these room transformations. It truly does something therapeutic to have rooms transformed in your home. This is the most amazing shop!!!!! I highly recommend making the trip to this shop.

However, here at the new location in Glen Carbon, that is not the case. There's nothing nearby, but the positive is the layout and space of the store is so much better. Browsing the GB makes you feel like you are shopping, RH or Pottery Barn. Also, I am a big fan of Olive and Cocoa, a mail order catalog. My most recent visit, I found several items from the catalog, in TGB and I'd rather buy local, then from a major catalog. This store is amazing, the staff is always eager to help. If you shop like me and don't need help, they are cool with that, too. I can spend my money, without any help. If you're decorating your home, or if you need a gift for mom, your BFF and the school teacher, I'm telling you to come here and shop. I challenge anyone to come here and try to leave without buying something. You'll always find an item you gotta have.

She listened to me as I explained my goals. I wanted my office to reflect-well be an extension of my own personal style. She also remembered my favorite color was green. MarShall shopped FOR me so at the end of my workday all I needed to do was go pay for the items. She set everything up, and even brought in a couple of items she had at her home that really just made things look so good. She helped me find items I was needing and put a few items on consignment for me. The only thing I recommend don't plan on spending 15 mins in here, plan on being there for 30-45 mins since she always has new items. She has everything you are looking for from wall decor to dressers. I highly recommend taking the trip to Mascoutah to check out the store. She also does interior design for a great price.

Make your rounds there slowly because there's so many nooks.
