(mind you I purchased physical gift cards at three other retailers that promptly assisted me, investigated and determined the card had not been used and reissued replacement cards without hesitation). Lowe's there was no way to trace my purchase. Really??? Also, my husband didn't have his Lowe's credit card and the customer disservice staff gave him the run around to locate his card info. I told here that I was a license plumber and thanked her for her candor. She hurried off the phone. I guess with an area code of 630 she assumed that I was not a plumber. She shared her inspirational rooms and pics that looked they they came out of a magazine for little money. I never thought I could imitate such a thing in my own home, and I was quite skeptical to try, but, she helped me find some items to fix up my oldest daughters room. Wowee, with her help, the room completely transformed into something that looked like it came out of a magazine, for a little more than a hundred dollars. With that succes, I came back a second time for my youngest daughter's room (wanting to give her a room transformation for her 13th birthday). I gave the owner some pictures of the room with a small budget. Watching her put things together is inspiring and fun. She is truly talented and gifted, and she shares this gifting with those who shop in her store for FREE!!! I have been learning a lot from her, as she teaches how to put different things together. The only appliance problems I've experienced were when I bought from the big box stores - no repair service and problems with warranties. When I purchased appliances for my last home around 2021, I actually took the ads from the big box stores to Klein's. They matched the prices as closely as they could. What I discovered afterward was even better--their warranty program was both cheaper and better than what the big box stores offered. They also provide knowledgeable in-store assistance and service support, which is something you don't get at large chain retailers.
