As soon as we went into the examination room, the nurse had a magical way of making my daughter feel comfortable and not scared about being there. During each step with the X-rays and teeth cleaning process the nurse also made feel at ease that my daughter, their patient was their number one priority and made it very easy for me to understand everything that was going on. When the dentist Dr. Han arrived, he explained what our options were and made his recommendation however, he was not at all pushy about my decisions, which I thought was great. I chose to do a silver crown for my daughter as what the dentist recommended because I felt the dentist was thinking for the best interest of my daughter. I was more in a nervous wreck than my daughter, who with the help and comforting encouragements from both the dentist and the nurse, did so great! If you are south of the cities and need a pediatric dentist, please look no further! I highly recommend Dr Han and his staff for being able to make a child feel so at ease, for the wonderful services and just for the fact that they make you feel like you are family.

I was nervous because I knew I'd…read morewaited too long (longer than the recommended timeframe anyway), and I had no idea what condition a dentist may say his teeth were in. Kids don't exactly let you brush their teeth in the manner you're supposed to. My son is generally quite easygoing but in new situations you just never know, right? Anyway, I had nothing to worry about. This place is just fabulous and I'll recommend without hesitation to my friends. The entire experience was perfect; from check-in, to waiting, to cleaning etc and finally having the dentist (Dr Mark) inspect my son's mouth. They are patient, friendly, and kind, explaining each step and offering praise and encouragement. The kids get to pick from various flavors for the toothpaste and fluoride treatment which was fun for him. There's also, of course, a free toothbrush, floss and even a toy. My son literally said he wants to go there every day. Can't get better than that!

They did a great job talking to him, explaining what was going to happen at each step of the way. The room was clean and comfortable. They were very thorough with their care and attention. They were able to ease his anxiety and help him through out his time there. The phlebotomist even had us all laughing. All in all I am so thankful for the care they provided to our son and us.

She's very kind. As for the doctor they paired me with- I was desperate. I have avoided doctors at all costs my whole life- I'm only 25 and am not sick very often but when I am my experiences have never really been good because either the issue I was experiencing was never solved or they don't even listen to the things I'm saying, or they prescribe me more meds that don't work and I'm in the same boat instead of solving the problem. Not the case here. My doctor was Danielle, and she is an angel. I was almost crying when I told her of what I was dealing with and she not only listened intently but TOOK NOTES as I spoke to her. She was very understanding and sweet, even hesitated at the door before she left as if she wanted to hug me because I was so so down. The things she prescribed me actually helped and she covered all the bases. I am so grateful for her and will keep coming back to her. However, I was given "special" x-rays without any indication these would come at a cost...of $150! My insurance did not cover the x-rays, so I called them to see what they would do. Absolutely nothing. I even proposed paying half of the bill to settle the issue. After paying the full amount, I immediately started looking for a new dentist. If you decide to try Dr. Klausen's office I'd advise asking plenty of questions to make sure they don't nickel and dime you with their fancy x-rays.
