I need a copy of a past invoice and apparently that's an impossible ask. I have emailed the clinic, emailed the billing department and spent over 6 hours on the phone (most of that on hold) over the past two days. I've worked in billing before, this request should take about 2 minutes, so I don't understand the issue and thus far no one has bothered to explain it to me either. Yesterday the agent told me it was going to be emailed after our almost 2 hour call, but nothing was received so here I am on with them again (just over an hour so far) and no resolution in sight.

They prepped us for ~an hour wait, and we could wait in the car for a text or in the lobby. We waited appx 45 minutes before called. My boyfriend felt comfortable and heard by the doctor, and said he was kind and reassuring, as was the nurse who assisted. The visit was quick and there was a lot of support for treatment and follow up. Without insurance, prices can feel scary but right on the front desk they have visit information clearly outlined into prices and took away the anxiety from not knowing how much we would have to pay.
