You can use this rental freely in addition to Uber --and business expense it if you're good with taxes for your multiple businesses purposes, but do as many or less Uber rides as you like as long as you pay the vehicle rent. Unlimited miles. The vehicle identity will be on the Rideshare platform, stay within 50 miles of city limits. Take great care of it. It has cameras on front and back for accident proof. Kill switches and 100% of cars are recovered, though I've never encountered vehicle theft or robbery. This is the best of rentals, compared to their competitors. They're fair, you don't have to check in weekly, and like Mavis the maintenance is done speedily in the order received and they maintain all cars; customer pays none. Weekly rentals are fair prices, but could be lowered once the value of the vehicle presences on Uber drops -- such as a dated Comfort Vehicle. Grace period is about another day for weekly rentals due Thursdays at 11:30am. Payment plans are always feasible for any accident deductibles and repairs that aren't responsibility of their care--such as Comprehensive Damage. If not at fault for collision, you'll be refunded after money is collected from the other party's insurance. If you have a blowout they'll cover, but if you get a flat and drive the car, bend the rim, blow the censor, you'll be charged for example. Tire plugs aren't on you, but cracked windows from the environmental events are o. You for example. I e rented for two years as a driver. The miles are unlimited, you're free to use the vehicle as long as you care for it responsibly as your own and pay the rental. Oil change reminders are via text, any maintenance you need notice, make them aware and you're good. Fluid refills are on the house. There's a waiting room with movie theater like seating and charging stations; vending machines, clean restrooms. $300 deposit and returned if everything is good. I've departed then came back before, before my refund was issued I asked if a car was available and everything was kept on file and then I rolled away as if I never left. I had a fantastic experience at Sally Drive, and even though I waited they got it done. So you have to come prepared. Regardless did a great job and cool people if you come right eith them. I went in because I needed a light fixed, and even though I know they were super busy, Fred, Phil, and Brian the technician really went above and beyond. They kept me updated, and as soon as they were done, they let me know the car was good. I really appreciate their effort they came through for me, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone! read more

A combination of good and bad. The bad ended up outweighing the good. I arranged the rental online was confirmed and then prior to picking up the car at the Kostner location in Chicago I called to find out the car was not available. Had I not called I would have made my way to pick it up and wasted my time because Drive Sally was unable to communicate this to me. Once the next arrangement was completed I came in to a pleasant orientation. The car was about average and in slightly less than good condition for the $385.00 weekly charge. But it is what it is, it worked. I received one parking ticket that was paid within two week, however Ride Sally did text me to inform me. Not an issue until other then they could have look it up online to see it was paid and instead required proof of payment. I sent this and a few days later they sent another text stating it was still unpaid. Automated or not fix your system and stop badgering your customers, you received a paid invoice from me. I text and called to inform Ride Sally that I was returning the car as required, because it was a Saturday and they were CLOSED I was informed on Monday I couldn't return the car until the following Monday. Them bringing closed shouldn't be my problem, I gave the proper notification and while it was worked out it was yet another challenging experience. I returned the car on that Friday without and walk through or return documentation. Ride Sally commits to a 30 rerun of your deposit but I had to text them two days after to the 30 days to find out what ws going on. I received a text back they would expedite the return. Why should this have automatically happened it then took 7 days after the 32 days to get a credit of $272.50 short of the $300.00. The reason an extra day of rental. They did send me an invoice but only after I complained about all of the above. The invoice includes a fuel charge that as of this date has gone unanswered. My last text to Ride Sally asking for an explanation was July 24, 2024. So for what it is worth utilizing Ride Sally is something you should consider carefully. Meanwhile I await a respectful response on the fuel charges. The car was returned to them with more gas then I picked it up with. read more

completely ridiculous and a rip off. I've never once been in an accident in over 20 years of driving. I provided proof of my address with my bank statement and the rep text me back to tell me "we can't accept this bank statement as proof of address because parkway is not abbreviated that way. it's not prwky it's prkwy so we can't accept this as proof of address" despite the fact that it was ok a few hours before. now because apparently no one at the bank has ever in their lives made a typo. a bank statement is no longet acceptable. I literslly loved to Vegas a week and a half ago. and they said that wouldn't be a problem. I provided my bank statement and since magically that wasn't enough. i offered my phone bill which they said was ok. once they accepted my money. they called me an hour later and said "oh the insurance company said no" the INSURANCE ? when I have provided my passport. drivers license and never once been in an accident. you use the excuse that it's the insurance company? they're full of lies and games. avoid them like the plague. read more

I've rented from the Drive Sally location in Chicago for over 2 years (since January, 2021) and it has been a very positive experience, overall. All of their staff are very friendly and professional and they have always provided top-notch customer service. Drive Sally's vehicles are well-maintained and they have a very straightforward process for getting roadside service, including towing, if and when needed. Their rates are average or better for rideshare industry rentals and I am not aware of a company out there that provides better service or offers better vehicles, or better prices for rideshare rentals, in the Chicago market. Their rental program is slightly different from most in that they provide an insurance card in the renter's name, which means you can utilize the vehicle for any and all gig work, not just driving for Lyft or Uber. I've been driving rideshare for almost 7 years and I have always rented my vehicle. Overall, I've had a very positive rental experience being a Drive Sally customer and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs or wants to rent a vehicle to drive rideshare or for other gig work, such as Amazon Flex. read more

Drive sally is a rip off. They double talk and charge you for any excessive thing they can think of. It's predatory.

.​If you want to be lied to or bamboozle Sally is definitely the place to go to. I have an insurance claim that's well over you owe they haven't spoke about that. I recently rent a Kia 2022 Nero EV vehicle that went to s*** during the winter time. I had a deposit a $300 which somehow just keep vanishing away two months later I haven't drove for Saturday in 2 months now they charge me for towing fee when they car died at the charging station. I've been a client for over a year. The current car I have has neon led purple headlights. It's a safety hazard, I can't see when there are no street lights in the dark!!! I asked to have them replaced but was told they can't! I told them I want a different car and am receiving a Silver Corolla which I was supposed to pick up a month ago!!! I was on my way today to swap cars, 9 am appointment. I'm on my way and I get a call at 8:33am and told the car is not ready, this is the 3RD TIME THIS HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED!
