After two week-long visits to NYC and its boroughs, this was one of our favorite experiences because it was filled with kindness. The majority of our customer experiences were so rushed (next!) and transactional, that it was almost an other worldly experience to have someone take their time, care about their product and your experience, and just take a breather from city life.
