We stopped by after a doc's appt in the area on Sunday. Lucky for us, it was kind of empty since it was 4 in the afternoon. I had been going to Bagel Boy on Ave Z in Brooklyn for over 10 years. Their staff has changed over time and the guys that take the orders and make the sandwiches now have become quite rude. Whether its 1 or several customers waiting to be served, the workers just continually walk by and ignore the customers. While waiting in line, you hear the grumbles of the customer's saying this is a consistent behavior of the workers. If other orders were being completed you could understand, but they're not because as the grumbles get louder you finally see the workers walk over to the counter to take orders. What's really annoying is while this happening, the owner/manager (gray hair older man wearing a green shirt) when there, is standing a few feet away either talking on the phone or to someone. Sometimes an annoyed customer either leaves or speaks to him directly for him to get his workers to the counter to take orders.
