My only real issue with this last visit was that my 90-minute massage ended about 5 minutes early, which was a bummer. My friend, who went with me and booked the same massage, also finished before I did, so it was a little confusing and something I didn't particularly appreciate. This also makes the business's emphasis on their "first 15 minutes" policy especially frustrating. I have been a customer for more than six years and had never had an experience like this. I was trying to give a therapist I had never seen before a fair opportunity to adjust after I gave her feedback, not watching the clock to make sure I exited before an arbitrary cutoff. I repeatedly communicated that the pressure was painful and asked her to adjust. My original complaint was not simply that I wanted a refund after finishing a massage I disliked. It was about a very poor experience despite my attempts to communicate, followed by a dismissive response when I brought it to the front desk. Their public response is considerably more apologetic than the response I actually received in person, but unfortunately the emphasis on what I should have done within the first 15 minutes only reinforces my disappointment with how this was handled. Apparently, my attempt to be patient and give the therapist a chance is now being used to suggest that I chose to accept the experience. Beware.

She begins with some directional stretches on your back to get you ready for the "walk on the back." She walks with such skill, from your calves, thighs, buttocks, upper spine, forearms, etc. My two add ons were: - The walk on your back (she does it the best) it's so restorative - Back scrub (it's so refreshing, it like brings more blood flow) - Sasha really puts her heart into it, and uses strong pressure; it feels so good. Sasha has a spirit of excellence. She does not miss a single thing. She got all of my areas of concern: - Ear massage (she does this the best and the longest), it helps with my recent sudden neural hearing loss - Scalp - Neck - Shoulders - Upper spine (sometimes it cracks too, absolutely wonderful) - Buttocks - Thighs - Calves (she does my calves in a few different ways during her treatment), so good!!! I had Linda who was very sweet & when she started on my shoulders I felt like i was touched by an angel. She applied a firm pressure like I prefer & got all the right spots on my shoulders. I was so excited for her to massage the other areas because I needed it bad & we get massages often so knew right away this was the best shoulder massage I'd ever had. My daughter said the same about her shoulder/back upper back massage. However, I got a little disappointed when she got to my neck & the pressure changed to really light. I hold a ton of tension (primarily in my neck & shoulders) & had a tension headache when I came in so regret not mentioning for her to apply the same pressure she did on my shoulders. The foot massage was honestly pretty bad. There was no technique, no pressure consistency & lacked getting all of the typical pressure point areas expect for 1. I couldn't even suggest what to fix cause it was all wrong. Some areas she applied pressure in a bone or weird area so it hurt bad, I even flinched a few times. And I had to ask her to massage my calf area (I now wonder if it did come with this area & only feet, which if so my mistake). I've never counted down being done with a massage but wished i would have told her to just stop & do my neck/back area again cause that's where Linda shines. My daughter said she felt the exact same about her massage which was weird to have 2 ppl with the same issue. I still tipped 35% cause that shoulder massage.
