Yes, they came out and completed the already paid for a job. But that was after I paid a plumber for USA carelessness.. All I wanted was a little compensation for their."mistake". I had decided to use ABC based on reviews, being new to the area. My brother sells insulation in my previous home state, and he said the quote was in line with his, so "The Price is Right". I cleaned out the attic and spent considerable time sealing leaks in the fragile attic AC ductwork. The insulating crew were very careful not to disturb them, much to my relief. I installed an insulated flooring pathway to the attic air conditioner, and that was left clear for access as requested. Unfortunately, it came at a HUGE cost. Just over a year ago, we had Myers out to blow in some additional insulation and do some basic air sealing. Now, as a result of them not installing the proper ventilation, we are dealing with a serious mold infestation in a space that had never previously had any issue. After having multiple mold inspectors out, the consensus is clear - the blown in insulation should never have been installed in the way that it was without additional ventilation. This contractor put in an attic full of baffles - without any corresponding soffit vents! If you know anything about insulating an attic, you know that this is basically installation 101. Unfortunately, as a result of their negligence, we are now facing thousands of dollars of mold remediation - all to fix an issue that we never should have or would have had. I seriously warn those considering insulation work to choose another contractor (literally - anyone who has ever installed basic insulation before) rather than engaging with Myers Insulation.

Not sure why they have been given a one-star review for mold considering that is a completely unrelated problem to the services this company provides and isn't influenced by insulation. Perhaps that homeowner isn't as familiar with ventilation. All I know is this company has been great, and their google reviews depict a far more accurate representation of their quality of work.

The siding was completed in 2013 and the other parts of the Jon in 2012. The siding has never been completed properly. I have had to call 5-6 times to have the siding repaired in the same location as it would routinely blow off the house. The last time I called in 2019 I was charged and the job wasn't completed properly as can been seen in the pictures. I should also state that when I called last year my call was not returned and I had to call them a second time. I was also told that they no longer had my paperwork from when the job was completed. Recently the caulking that was on the window casing has deteriorated allowing water into the house. This has caused water damage inside my home. I called about three weeks and was told I would receive a call back and never did. I decided to use another company who came out the same day and did the repairs within a week. Unless you want subpar workmanship, rude and inconsiderate people I would use someone else.

Well that doesn't work for a century home. I asked them to leave as I wanted to maintain the integrity of the porter rooms tile (which you can no longer find, so I'm sure they were so happy to fix it; I've been able to make it look quite nice and original). Cheap. And the house isn't much warmer a few years later, so there's that.
