Got you, Dmatt. Here's a clean, factual, no-nonsense Yelp review you can post. It tells it like it…read moreis without getting emotional or reckless. 1 Star - Buyer Beware I'm leaving this review to bring awareness to future buyers. I purchased a Toyota Prius from Evolution Autos with approximately 108,000 miles on it, paying over $7,500. The vehicle did not even last 1,000 miles after purchase. I immediately took the car to Toyota for a professional inspection, and they confirmed blown motor mounts electrical issues ,and incorrect fluids in the vehicle--issues that clearly existed before the sale. When I contacted Evolution Autos, their response was basically "as-is, not our problem." Yes, the car was sold as-is, but selling a vehicle in this condition--patched together just enough to get it off the lot--feels predatory. This wasn't normal wear and tear; this was a lemon dressed up for resale. I'm not writing this for sympathy or a refund. I'm writing this so future buyers can make an informed decision. If you're considering purchasing from this dealership, get a full inspection BEFORE signing anything, or be prepared to take on major repairs almost immediately. Learn from my mistake.

ar broke down in 48 hours. Warranty useless. Price changed mid-deal. Save yourself…read more I bought a 2015 Infiniti QX80 on March 7, 2026. The starter failed within two days of driving it off the lot. When I called to complain, I was quoted one price for the repair. When I arrived to pick it up, the bill was nearly $300 higher. Then I was told the warranty they sold me couldn't be used because it was "too early" and "probably wouldn't be approved." I had to fight to pay anything close to what was quoted -- on a repair that should have been fully covered. This was also the same dealership that raised the price by $1,000 after we were already in the purchasing process -- and when I questioned it, one of the owners addressed my fiancé instead of me, as if I wasn't capable of understanding the answer. I flagged that the battery looked old. A AAA technician agreed. They wanted more money. I declined. Less than a week later the battery is failing. Here's what bothers me most: this lot also does in-house repairs. Selling cars with known problems while profiting from fixing those same problems -- and hiding behind warranty fine print to avoid covering anything -- is predatory. Full stop. Get any vehicle independently inspected before you buy here. Get every quote in writing. Or better yet, just go somewhere else.

The Lexus was in a great condition (see the photos) - and it's been trouble-free ownership. At the end of the day, a lot of it depends on how the previous owners treated the car. All in all, their staff was friendly and professional, and the whole process went smoothly. If I need another car for my family, I'll shop here again.

UPDATE: 8/6/2026 read second paragraph…read more.. I dealt with Kevin Dunn Which went above and beyond my expectations for the day and get me into the vehicle I want without any problems, which I would highly recommend this humble individual again. Two weeks later and sitting on a lemon . Asked warranties, pushed for gap which don't kick in until 25-30 days. Paperwork signed that the vehicle was mechanically sound, which was elaborated three different times to me while signing that piece of paperwork which miraculously wasn't in my copy of the paperwork. Not only was that emphasized about being a mechanically sound once being in finalized with the lady who was taking care of the end process, she kept stressing something about a transmission issue may happen down the road so you may want some coverage or something almost implying that there is an existing issue. They've not been helpful, playing phone tag and not responding for days after manager said they would " trade me out," not trade in the junk I was sold. The issue still exist with no resolve from anyone I've tried to contact for a week and the Mechanic that I have looking at it said the transmission was a Band-Aid basically to last a couple months. The issue had already been there prior and had to be known. Still no resolve after phone tag for a week talking to sales manager finally who has employees in the background laughing at the financial burden they've placed on me. In the recording of the call not once did they deny knowing about the transmission issue instead talked around. Further actions will now be taken for lack of help from this business.

We came over to take a look and for a test drive. I have been searching for a pickup for weeks. It is surprising to me how few pickups have tow hitches. I needed a tow hitch for my RV. I currently pull my single axle 3200 GVWR with my minivan with not much problem but I am considering upgrading the RV to a larger one and wanted to be ready. This truck is rated to pull over 8,000 lbs. I'm not big on a lot of features that cost a lot of extra money, especially for a truck that's only going to be used occasionally to pull a RV trailer. This 2018 Dodge Ram 1500 truck did come with "tow side mirrors" and remote start. At only 40,000 miles on the odometer I feel like I found a good deal. We experienced no issues with a straight forward negotiation and closing. All three gentlemen, the salesman, the manager and the finance guy all treated us fairly and helped us get through the process quickly. Bottom line is I would definitely come back to purchase another vehicle in the future.
