I am specifically writing this review in regards to a full detail. This is NOT something I indulge my car in on any kind of regular basis. I practically go while simultaneously kicking and screaming. Paying someone to clean my car seems like a waste. However, yogurt or some other dairy product was spilled and proceeded to spoil...and the odor is just not something that can be described. Mikael's to the rescue! They cleaned, shampooed, and de-odorized every panel, seat, and nook & cranny. Paying is A LOT easier when a superb job is done and Mikael's did exactly that! read more

I used to pay ~$20 for inside/outside car cleaning. After Covid, the price went up to $50 because of Covid protocols that made the service costlier. Though a big increase, I decided to support their business during uncertain times. Now that Atlanta's businesses are starting to flourish again, stadiums and restaurants are open.. Mikael's Auto Spa made that 'temporary' Covid increase something permanent. I was told last week that it's not that they just increased their rate but that they're using better products and cleaning the car even better.. Not true. read more

I will forever go to Mikael's! Very focused on attention to detail. I don't own a new car, however when I leave, my car smells and looks brand-new! I also have a toddler, so there's lots of dirt and food particles that get slung everywhere. They don't miss a thing. And those little coins that gets lost under the seat, they will be in your car seat waiting for you! Very honest employees! read more

An ok place. The guy works on the eating line is not helpful at all. I mumbles words inside his mouth and I can barely understand him. I am not a regular here and with people waiting behind me, I got really frustrated. He also kept using the name of the service package without telling me what is included int he package. Eventually, I just told him giving whatever package that includes a wash and vacuum. With may car washes in this area, I am not sure I will come back. A great place to get your car washed if you just want a car wash or the fully detailed. The one thing I noticed is that they have shut down their automatic car wash, with now everything being done by hand. They also seem to have removed the car vacuums you could use on your own. Normally i would say a car wash only by hand is a positive, however keep in mind that this requires more time. On my last visit it took 45 minutes to get my car washed and vacuumed in the middle of the day on a Tuesday. One customer ended up leaving because he needed to get to an appointment and didn't realize it was going to require such a time commitment. When I did receive my car it was spotless and perfectly clean on the inside. They definitely take the time to get it right. I'll admit it had been a while since I had my car washed and it was pretty filthy, especially after all the pollen. I was impressed with their ability to get the grime off and how clean they were able to make the tires. There is nothing like having a clean car inside and out. Hopefully the closure of the automatic car wash area is temporary. It's a nice feature when in a hurry, especially when you combine it with the final touches they used to offer by hand. I'll be keeping an eye out to see if they make any updates to their process and update my review if I see any changes. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE ITS TERRIBLE. They broke a piece off the back of my car and didn't mention it. It's totally missing. I didn't notice until I got home. They didn't even bother to wash the top of my sedan. How lazy is that? Don't waste your time. read more

This car wash does an OK (not excellent) job of cleaning a car. Prior to the pandemic, the price for the In and Out carwash was $21.00. The second they re-opened after the March 2020 shut down due to the pandemic, they jacked up the price of the same In and Out carwash to $50.00. They said they price increase was due to the extra cleaning they due to sterilize the car interior. First of all, I'm not an Uber or Lyft driver, I am the ONLY person who is in my car, so there is not need it to be sterilized. They still didn't do a good job vacuuming or cleaning the console. Do you self a favor and go the the drive through car wash across the street. You will save about $42.00!!! read more

Extremely responsive customer service!!! I had some concerns with a recent detailing job of my father's car. The interior needed much more attention than what I paid for ($100). I contacted the email on the website and Mikael, the proprietor, reached me directly, addressed each point and personally handled my issue with efficiency and professionalism. 0 STARS! Don't EVER go to the place. First of all, the manager is SO ANGRY and RUDE! I've never experienced worse customer service... I pulled in, they said $52... I'm like wow, ok. So I'm sitting there waiting on my car, he comes and tells me, I had a lot of trash in my car so it's $20 extra. I'm like what? I would have just thrown it away myself. 20 bucks to put a few Starbucks cups in the trash? so I'm like ok, whatever. They bring my car, it hadnt been vaccuumed, wiped down, NOTHING. All they did was take the trash out. So at this point, I'm upset. I asked him what about vaccuuming and wiping... this man said my car smelled like marijuana and he has allergies and if I want a deep clean I can pay $130 more! WTF... man he actually got upset and threw his hands up and said just get the deep clean bc he spent ten extra minutes wiping out my car. I said WHERE?!?! He just walked away! Been going here for years and tried my best not to get in the Hispanic manager way.very controversial guy.today he wanted to charge me 20.00 extra to was my car cause i told him that my RIMS were newly powder coated.so he said it would be 20.00 more on top of the 25.00 for the regular wash.all these years of service means nothing.now i have to find another car was.plus i always tip.so so sad that loyalty doesn't go very don't know the owner but the one white guy that works there doesn't charge me that but when he's not there,this is what happens. read more

They do a terrible job! The outside wash is just ok, I still had bird dropping on my moon roof. The inside vacuum job was terrible! There was still grass and crumbs all over the floor. Clearly they do not lift the foot rugs either. I will not come back to this place again. Waste of $25 and my $5 tip! read more

I went there with a Groupon Now deal and the person at the payment window seemed very upset when I pulled out my cellphone just to show him the deal code (Hey, if you don't like Groupon shoppers. Don't do Groupon). After writing down the coupon code, he starts to rush me to the cleaning room and saying that they are getting busy and don't want me to stay! Hey, I have the rear view mirror! First off, on their sign it actually says 3 minutes. But I just waited 45 minutes for my car to be cleaned to a mediocre degree. Their pricing sheet isn't clearly marked and the guy who rings you up talks to his customers (in person and on the phone) like they are an idiot. Good place for a quick car wash and for a quick clean on the inside. But they always seem to miss quite a few spots inside and their attention to detail on cleaning the inside is lacking. So great for a quick clean, but not that great if you want a very detailed cleaning of the inside. read more

After watching a friends dog, I needed the back of my suv vacuumed,so I paid the extra to have it done. When I got down the road I noticed it wasn't vacuumed so I went back and the guy started vacuuming it when another guy came over and said leave it with a bunch of vulgarities and was laughing and completely rude. The front desk person told me i'd have to have it shampooed to be removed. That's fine I didn't know. I won't be back though because of the rude behavior of the workers. I've been getting my car cleaned at Mikael's for several years now. They always do a good job and have an eye for detail work. Expect to wait a while, but you will be pleased with the results. It's an easy walk to Longhorn, Roaster's, and a myriad of other restaurants on Roswell Road. I always drop my car off and go for lunch; it works out great. read more

I took my 2014 Chevrolet Malibu LTZ Turbo to Mikael's for the first time and they did a spectacular job. The car's deep red paint job looks great with a very high gloss. I got the Express Detail with an orbital buff. Very Nice. I'll go there again. read more

I swear by Mikael's Auto Spa. You can get your car hand washed, inside and out, for $21. This place does get busy, but its totally worth the wait. It's consistently a quality job. The employees work fast and they are open until 6 PM, so I can go after work. Love this place! I get my car washed at least once a month by them. I live in Marietta and I'll drive 10-15 minutes to go to Mikael's. read more

I stopped by with my car today, just as it started raining. They said they'd still take care of my car. Then I showed them what I needed-a serious interior cleaning. Dirt, grime, and a lot of dog hair. I could tell they were a bit overwhelmed, but said it would be no problem. And it wasn't! They did an amazing job! Great job done here. Brought in a literally filthy car and they made it look new. These guys work hard so tip them well.

I went here on a whim because my car desperately needed to be washed. This is not my regular car wash spot. The line was long but the guys were moving the cars along pretty quickly. The waiting area wasn't as snazzy as my regular spot but both areas were nice. The cleaning on the inside of the car wasn't very thorough. I saw areas they were missed. But it was a good job as my expectations weren't high. read more

If I see an area that needs touching up, I tell them and they go over and above making it right. Mikael is very customer conscious and that's why people keep coming back. Incredibly GREAT customer service from Mikael! I have been a "car wash" customer of Mikael's for the past year. 2 weeks ago, someone dinged the back of my car and didn't leave a note. I mentioned this to Mikael, and he buffed the scratches out for me - right then and there - in 10 minutes. Each time I have been by, he has provided outstanding customer service. My only regret is that I have recently moved to Nashville, so I won't be getting my car taken care of by him and his crew until I come back to Sandy Springs on business - I will miss him and his incredible level of quality service! read more
