Purchased online a new conversion van here last week. Which I don't have a chance to see in person except some pictures on their website. The interior van is very very bad trimming job .

@10k miles I've driven had it 6 months now it's totally broke down possibly starter solenoid or relay.

NEVER buy anything from these ppl. I've had the absolute worst experience ever purchasing my 2019 RAM hemi. Salesman made a call during test drive boasting about me being his 23rd sale of the month to his buddy that worked there also. The whole process took almost 3 hrs to complete and they threw a stack of paperwork at you to sign. My credit was above 700 but yet they ran it through 5 different banks which caused inquiries on my credit. Also after driving 200 miles had to change oil and filters that never even got changed. My check engine light is on and my 4×4 went out in month 3 of having it. Also found out about a recall they NEVER told me about on it. Fast forward @ 9k miles on it I've driven and now it won't start and it's no telling what it is possibly a starter solenoid or relay but either way 32k dollar truck you purchase shouldn't experience these problems. I've tried calling and speaking to several different people there and they are very rude and to of no help but only try charging me to get it fixed there. I have filed a complaint with attorney general and im hoping for a good resolution. All I wanted was a decent truck and i've gotten a 32k dollar headache.

Another "offer" for my very same vehicle for much more than they have any intent of actually paying.

CROSSROADS SCAMS CUSTOMERS BY FORCING CUSTOMERS TO PAY $800 FOR AN AFTERMARKET ACCESSORY THAT IS…read moreTECHNICALLY ILLEGAL. They install an accessory that makes the rear window brake light flash when you are braking. You can buy parts for $50 or less that will make your rear window brake light do this. The install can easily be done in less than an hour. Other dealers pull this scam on customers and make a few hundred easy bucks by charging an average of $300 - $500. Crossroads charges $795!!! Ridiculous! On top of that, accessories that make the rear window brake light flash ARE ILLEGAL! Crossroads will try to argue that this is not true, but you can easily read about it online. Just use AI and ask about the legality of this. I've included some info from Google AI to give you a glimpse into the fact that this accessory is a rip-off and it's not even legal. My Question posed to Google AI: Some car dealers add an accessory that makes the rear window brake light flash and then charge the buyer hundreds of dollars for it. Is that a good deal for the customer? Google AI Answer: No, it is generally considered a poor deal for the customer. While the feature is marketed as a "safety essential," the price charged by dealerships rarely aligns with the actual value of the product or the effort required to install it. Financial Value: You are paying a 2,000%+ markup. The hardware is a simple pulse module worth about $15, yet dealers charge $300 to $500. Installation Effort: It is a 10-minute job that involves clipping a single wire. Most shops would charge a fraction of the dealer's price for the same labor. Insurance Myths: Dealers sometimes claim it will lower your insurance premiums. In reality, most insurance companies do not offer a specific discount for pulsing third brake lights. Resale Value: This accessory adds zero value to your car's trade-in or resale price in the future. If a dealer insists on charging for it, it is often a "shell game" used to increase their profit margin on the vehicle. My Question posed to Google AI: Is it illegal to have an accessory on your car that makes the rear window brake light flash when you are braking? Google AI Answer: In the United States and Canada, adding an accessory that makes your rear window brake light (CHMSL) flash is technically illegal under federal regulations. Key Findings: Steady-Burning Requirement: Under FMVSS No. 108, all stop lamps, including the CHMSL, must be steady-burning when in use. Prohibition on Flashing: NHTSA has consistently maintained that pulsating or flashing brake lights do not comply with FMVSS 108, citing potential confusion and distraction for other drivers. Manufacturer/Dealer Prohibition: Manufacturers, distributors, and dealers are forbidden from installing devices that cause the third brake light to flash. Exceptions: The only exception to the steady-burning rule is for turn signals or emergency flashers. Liability: In the event of a rear-end collision, an opposing attorney could argue that your non-standard, illegal lighting confused the other driver, potentially shifting civil liability to you.

Drove over an hour immediately after calling to be greeted by the salesman I spoke with to be told bad news/good news car was no longer available but they had others for sale. No apology or nothing. Obviously lying to get me on the lot. Second experience, they agreed to bring in a car from another one of their lots. We agreed on final price and date car would be available. Two days later they called and confirmed everything was good and car would arrive around 2:00 the next day. Following day no one called so around 5 I called and was told car was sold. Asked to speak with manager. Later received a call from a different salesman not manager who apologized and said they would sale us a comparable car at employee pricing. The following week he sent over data with a great price, the exact price that was available to everyone on the internet. Called and he said it was his best price. Also, be warned they have add on pricing above internet advertised price of over $2000 some of which is mandatory. Dealt with two different Wyler dealerships and they actions show a Company culture of deceit, lying and high pressure tactics.

We made contact with Mid America and paid full price to have the vehicle transported to our home state of Idaho. The online listing stated Veteran friendly, multi point inspection and had pictures of the vehicle with its top down and in great shape. Received car and guess what! The convertible top won't open. Immediately contacted Jeremy Sparks MGR and he sent us an email that he would have a resolution to our issue. Well a week went by and he never reached back out. So I called him and actually spoke to him on the phone where he said they would try to get to the bottom of this issue. Unique situation since we are in another state. That was a month ago. I've called weekly and he is not responding to any of my messages. Needless to say, I should've never done business out of state. If it sounds too good to be true it probably isn't . This dealerships took our money and sold us a faulty vehicle knowing full well the car's convertible top didn't work. Would hate to see how they treat the average customer since they don't care about their Vets. Been dealing with this is May. The car has been parked since May!!! What a memory for our new graduate.
