Beware of Allstate extended warranty!!! At the time we were a rice duty military and relied on the dealers expertise. In 2020 (Covid) we bought a 93000$ Explorer 4x4 conversion van from Mike Castrucci Chevrolet/Conversionvanland. When we were doing the sale online the salesman insisted for us to purchase the seven year Allstate extended warranty, with the explanation that it was a conversion and some of the factory warranty would not cover. Turns out we are now facing a drive train repair which was converted because of the 4x4 and Allstate is refusing the claim. Allstate told us the contract should have never been sold to us. Since this dealer claims to be the largest conversion van dealer in the country, they should have known that this was fraudulent and incorrect to begin with, yet they acted as the agent sold this expensive contract to us anyway. We are now stuck with this expensive repair and no recourse to recover any money on top of the thousands we had already spent on this fraudulent contract. We have now filed a formal complaint with the board of insurance, and the state. We are also hiring legal representation to seal action against Allstate and the dealer. I recently purchased a used van from this dealership, and the experience has been nothing short of terrible. Before the sale, I was promised the vehicle would be cleaned before pickup. When I arrived, the van was absolutely filthy--garbage stuffed in compartments, sticky cupholders, spilled drinks dried everywhere, dirt and grime on every surface, and it clearly had not been vacuumed at all. It was disgusting. To make matters worse, the salesman who sold us the vehicle had only been on the job for about a week--and even he was shocked and embarrassed at the condition we received the van in. He acknowledged how wrong it was and even offered to take the vehicle himself to clean it because he knew it was unacceptable. I attempted to contact the sales manager multiple times--called twice and left messages, emailed with pictures--and got zero response. Not one call or email back. When I finally went to the dealership to speak to him in person, he came out rude, combative, and incredibly unprofessional. He actually told me that they "didn't make any money" on the van and therefore had no reason to clean it, and that I should "just be happy with the deal." He refused to even look inside the vehicle to see what I was talking about. His attitude toward both me and Jon was nasty and dismissive. Between the van and a truck we purchased, we spent $22,000 here. This is the customer service we received in return. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. I have a 2019 Traverse I bought from this dealership 7 years ago. I have taken it there for all of my service. I got home from a trip at the airport and my check engine light came on. I was able to drive it to the dealership and got an appointment for that next morning. They called me in regards to the error for the engine light and also informed me of two other major issues they found that I did not take it in for. They quoted me $6,700 for all three repairs. 1 of which I had repaired in 2022 already for an oil leak. I asked a lot of questions about the surprise repairs they were telling me I needed and they sent me a video and I still was not convinced. The service tech called GM to see if there was anything they would be willing to do on the part they already replaced once and they came back and instead of charging me $4k for that repair they would knock it $2k. Per my internet research the $4k original price was outrageous to begin with and I wasn't convinced the repairs were needed. So I only approved the repair that was directly tied to the engine light error. I then took my car to a AAA location for a second opinion and it was concluded there were no leaks and the two repairs they tried to tell me I needed for $5,200 were not needed. I will not be taking my car back to this dealership for service. read more

I've been a customer of Mike Castrucci Chevrolet for years, I've purchased two cars from them and brought them in for services whenever needed. I was rear ended and decided to bring my car to their body shop and get an oil change while I was at it. And that was my big mistake. I pick up my car and immediately it's misfiring and clearly not hitting on all cylinders, It's happening as soon as I'm driving the car and I wonder how the oil change guy missed this and why this didn't start until I brought my car to them for service. Bring the car back the next day and I'm told spark plugs need to be replaced along with a couple of issues and it's another $400+. Okay, it still feels weird that this wasn't happening when I dropped it off, but fine. Pick up the car and before I hit the highway, the problem is still there. Yet again, the problem is still there and no one test drove my car before declaring it fixed. Bring the car back again, and get stuck in a giant truck for a loaner. They let me know I can swap out the truck loaner for an EV, and that makes dealing with all this a little better. I return the truck and eventually get billed for being a quarter of a tank short on drop off. Get a call the problem is a chip that's bad. Suddenly went bad while they had it for two weeks, but again, I can't prove this so I'm not going to argue that with the guy. Come to pick up my car and I ask to take it for a test drive before I pay my bill. I get in the car, and despite giving it to them with over half a tank, my care is so hard into empty, I have to gas it up before I can test drive it. Upon pointing out I got charged for a quarter tank of gas and then get my car back on empty being the cherry on top of this multi-week sh*tshow. Service desk (Tyler) tries to defend not finding the issue and giving me the car back still broken, and then giving it back to me on empty saying "I have no way to put gas in a car." I'm beyond disappointed in the service department. Between putting gas in a giant truck for five days and then needing to put gas in my car just to test drive it, I"m out over $700 for a problem that did not exist until the car was in their hands. Unless something big changes here, I'm done with this dealership and I'll be buying my next car from a better Chevy dealer. read more

Called to get pricing on a part that's already been diagnosed and they wanted $169 to confirm before they could even quote me a price to replace. I love the internet because it's going to ruin crap companies like this within the next 10 years. All information is available to consumers so it's no longer a whatever they say goes kinds world. My advice is adapt or die. Also the part is $60 and can program with a snap on computer but you didn't want my money you only want to rip off innocent customers who don't research. We recently purchased a used Chevy vehicle from elsewhere and were told about a 2022 recall that needed to be taken care of ASAP. This location is not near my house (30 minutes away), but I am out this way a few hours a week. When I called to set up the appointment, the service manager was friendly but had a few hiccups setting up the appointment. It was scheduled for two days from the call. I asked if they had the parts(they had even checked the VIN #) and could do it that quick, and she reassured me yes. My daughter, the owner of the vehicle, brought it in at the assigned time and then got a shuttle up the street to meet me. The first issue being that instead of being driven where she asked to go, the driver proceeded to try to get her to sell her car to them and tried to show her new vehicles in their lot. Both of which she had no interest in, and were wasting her time. She then sat for two hours before getting a call that her car could be picked up. Upon retrieving her car she was told they did NOT and could NOT do the work that day because they didn't have the part and she would need to reschedule. The whole morning was a waste. One week later, we had to go back and do it again. This time they stated it would take approximately an hour to do the work and they'd her when it was done. Three hours later, still no call. When she called to ask if it was done, no one knew, and the tech was at lunch. Turns out they struggled to find her paperwork because not only was her name spelled wrong but the entire name of our street and address. Eventually, we went in and found it finished. And wasted another half a day for something so easy. Just grateful it was only a recall. I will NEVER again go here for service especially if I had to pay someone. read more

NEVER buy anything from these ppl. I've had the absolute worst experience ever purchasing my 2019 RAM hemi. Salesman made a call during test drive boasting about me being his 23rd sale of the month to his buddy that worked there also. The whole process took almost 3 hrs to complete and they threw a stack of paperwork at you to sign. My credit was above 700 but yet they ran it through 5 different banks which caused inquiries on my credit. Also after driving 200 miles had to change oil and filters that never even got changed. My check engine light is on and my 4×4 went out in month 3 of having it. Also found out about a recall they NEVER told me about on it. Fast forward @ 9k miles on it I've driven and now it won't start and it's no telling what it is possibly a starter solenoid or relay but either way 32k dollar truck you purchase shouldn't experience these problems. I've tried calling and speaking to several different people there and they are very rude and to of no help but only try charging me to get it fixed there. I have filed a complaint with attorney general and im hoping for a good resolution. All I wanted was a decent truck and i've gotten a 32k dollar headache. read more

Within a week, the car was in the shop for a possible blown head gasket. Between then and the beginning of November, we had it in the shop three more times due to major issues: oil leaks, gaskets, belts, coolant leaks, brakes, and the list goes on. After sinking over $5,000 into this car that was not worth it, the engine ended up blowing. We decided not to put any more money into a car we were already upside down on. My family and I have been buying cars here for over 20 years. But NEVER again. I brought my 2013 Chevy Cruze in for some mechanical work at the service department. While I was waiting for my repairs estimate, I received a text message from the Castrucci used vehicle department asking me if I would be interested in selling the car instead of having it repaired. I replied to the text indicating that I was interested, and that I would come in to speak about an offer. When I arrived at the dealership I spoke with a salesman named Louis Buehner. He asked me a few basic questions about the vehicle and I told him that it obviously needs work - that's why I have it at the service department, but that I would be interested in selling it in lieu of repairing it if they wanted to make me a fair offer. Louis made a few calls and told me that he could offer me $3000 to buy the car, possibly more in trade if I was interested in buying a car from them. I told him that I was interested in a hybrid, and looked at one they had on the lot. But I informed him that I wanted a plug-in hybrid, which they did not have any of. I told him if they could get a used Chevy volt from another of their dealerships, that that was the car I was looking at, but he indicated they did not have any. I told him that I was looking at a volt at another dealership, but that I would be willing to sell my Cruz to them for $3000 regardless. He told me that I would need to go home to get the title, and I asked him if it would be okay for me to return tomorrow or the next day if I was unable to do so tonight. He said that would not be a problem, and I confirmed the same with the service department. I came back with the title days later to complete the sale. When I arrived Louis was not available, so I was asked to wait to speak with Mike Green, a supervisor in the used car department. He asked which vehicle I was here about and I told him the 2013 Cruze in his service department. He asked if I had bought a new car yet and I told him that I had, I bought the 2019 Volt I was looking at from someone else because they didn't have any plug in hybrids. After rifling through some papers and a call to his service department, Mr Green informed me that they couldn't possibly give me $3000 for my car as they originally quoted me. He said that it needed too much work and had not been properly inspected by him before Louis made an offer to me. I replied that I was sorry to hear that there was a communication issue between him and his employee, but fundamentally that is their problem, not mine. I reiterated: an offer of $3000 was made for my vehicle, knowing that it needed repair work and that I was selling it in lieu of having the repairs done. I accepted that offer in good faith, and am now here to complete that transaction. He told me that simply would not be possible, and that he would have to "call around" to see what he could sell the vehicle for as salvage before he could make me an offer. He informed me he would call me back the next day. After not hearing from him, and not having my calls returned for several days, I made an appointment to see Sean Stevenson, the General Sales Manager at Castrucci. I explained to him what happened, and told him that I expected them to follow through on the good faith offer they extended. He said had had no intent of doing so, and that the most he could give me would be $500. I told him that was ridiculous and that I obviously wouldn't accept anything less than the original offer made to me. His initial offer of $500 eventually rose as high as $1500, but I told him that this was a matter of honesty in business. If his employees didn't properly follow protocol when making the offer, then that is unfortunate. But the offer was made and accepted. He did not deny those facts. What he did explicitly say though, is that they wanted me to buy a car from them, and if I had done that, maybe they could have worked with me. I replied that it was outrageous that we was willing to admit out loud that the offer was never genuine in the first place, something he did not seem bothered by. I once again reiterated that an offer was made, and I would not accept anything less. He replied that that wasn't going to happen, and I left. So my warning to you is this: GET IT IN WRITING. I was powerless as a matter of law to hold this amoral company to their word, because their word means nothing, and I didn't have their offer in writing. I will never deal with this dealership again, and if you find yourself forced to, MAKE SURE you get everything IN WRITING. I'll be taking my new Volt to Columbia Chevrolet in Montgomery for service instead. I encountered one of the most incompetent salesmen on the planet, Sean Barrow. How can you blow one the easiest sales of your life. I called about a custom van I saw advertised online. I asked if he could email me a history report on it. He said ok but nothing came. I tried him later that day -phone call and email and eventually got the report -ok so maybe he was busy. No follow up call. I called him back and said I thought the van was nice but a bit pricy and that I'd think about it. He asked if I was financing. I said no financing is necessary, I'd wire the money from my bank but if the dealership prefers that I finance, because I know they sometimes make referral fees, I will consider it if there's no prepayment penalties. He said it didn't matter. Two days later, my wife sees the same van online for several thousand less. I called Sean back. I asked if this was the same van, he said yes. You'd think he'd call anyone who showed interest to tell them of the price drop. I said I'm out of state but will make arrangements to get out there asap and that I'd call him the next day. So the next day I called and spoke with someone named Travis who said Sean is off that day. You'd think Sean would've mentioned he wasn't going to be working that day or at least give either a cell number or a name of another person who could be expecting my call.....seriously, is he new at sales. I told Travis that I'm having difficultly booking a flight on such short notice for the upcoming weekend but would leave a deposit over the phone. I would even consider signing the sales contract via email and then fly out next week.....I was open to suggestions. Travis seemed excited to discuss options and told me they would work with me somehow. He said he would call Sean after our phone call and then call me right back. Well, that was nearly a week ago. No phone call. No email. Nothing. Very disrespectful and stupid. You're either extremely incompetent at sales or hate your boss to sabotage what would have been a slam dunk of a sale. Maybe the van sold. If it did, you do understand that I'm still in the market for a van and/or truck and your company has other inventory. Aren't you taught that's a lead? Maybe you don't like my ethnic sounding last name, or that I'm from out of state, or that I don't need financing, or that I'm not looking to purchase new. Or maybe Sean and Travis are just simply idiots for ghosting a customer who's ready buy. Don't know. Don't care. At this point I don't trust dealing with a dealership that hires people who can't train staff to spot someone waiving cash in the window. Purchased a new conversion van here in 2016. Experience was good, I did have to take it in a number of times, but service was professional. Now warranty has expired and now you see how they will hammer you. Had to take in for repair, was told it was a sensor, and it would be $575.00. I went along with repair to find out it, that it was a $100 sensor held in air housing by 2 screws. Thinking 10 min fix. Turns out to be over $300 in labor. Take van home and it immediately was doing the same thing. Take it back and now they say its another sensor and can fix for $672.00. Complained that they claimed to already have fixed it. Did they replace the wrong sensor? Was the old one even bad and maybe it was this sensor? Not getting ripped off again. Not to mention in my 2 visits, I told them I was interested in trading it in for new van. Take a look and let me know what trade in value was. 3x I asked, not 1 person would even give an estimate. This van is in great shape with only 41k miles... Now I have to drive over a hour to Troy Ohio to shop for van at Arbocast. Have to say they were very polite when they tried to charge me 2x for 1 fix. We were actually excited to be buying a new van. Guess we have a 90 min drive to shop for one. read more

If you buy from this dealership. Make sure you check the vehicle out thoroughly. There were spots on my new 2024 Chevy Silverado that they attempted to buff out prior to me taking possession. Yes... they attempted to hide these flaws in my paint. A week after purchase they called to let me know a brand new mirror was in that they had to switch out. Due to it to being stained with the same solvent that was in my paint. . I worked with Mike Eimer, who is not a man of his word. When I drove my truck an hour to have the mirror replaced and the paint looked at. The body shop let me know they would have to repaint the passenger door.Because they had done all they could do with the flaws being so deep in the paint. (A brand new truck). Mike told me they would come and get my truck, have it repainted and bring it back. I have not heard from him and it's been a month. Due to my schedule and me living so far. I will have no choice but to accept this truck the way that it is. I even told Mike Eimer (the salesman) I'm not in Love with the truck and he can have it back if it will not get fixed properly. After numerous phone calls and the run around from them, it spent another week in the repair shop. All of the employees blamed one another as incompetent and one of the service coordinators had the nerve to ask for a good review on the survey because, "It reflects on him directly." Like my husband not having a truck, and getting zero responses, or the blame game didn't directly affect our family? We were even told that because it was service under warranty, we were being pushed to the end of the repair line. I am in the market for a new car, and wouldn't even consider using them. I have bought two vehicles at Castrucci - a 2010 Silverado and a 2020 Equinox. Both prices were substantially lower-priced than any other dealer in town; I've had very few issues with either vehicle. I love the no-hassle pricing Mike does at his dealerships! Recently I had my free initial oil change and tire rotation on the Equinox and it was done without a hitch. I'd had a portable basketball hoop graze the vehicle when a high wind blew it over; Blair at the collision center removed the orange paint from my Summit White paint when all I asked was for advice on what to use to remove it! Purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee about 2.5 years ago. Basically, since I took it off the lot I've had issues. Within the first few months of getting it had to be towed back to the dealership several times. Within the first year it had o2 sensors, spark plugs, fuel injector, catalytic converter, transfer case, and tie rod replaced. Recently it started to have severe issues again. Just got the spark plugs and fuel injector replaced again. Will have to get the radiator replaced and now there is something wrong with the transmission. The car is a money pit and just isn't worth it. Do not ever buy a used vehicle from them you will regret it. read more

Watch yourself in finance. My $9,500 car (great price) with $2,400 down should have been about an $8,000 loan balance. The add on warrantieswith a "$20 a month" stated price were almost $4,000. My protest reduced it to $2,199 including another $199 slip in for undisclosed "premium key" coverage. The next day I stated my displeasure and desire to cancel all add on warranty in my reply to the managers email thanks/referral solicitation. I've received no reply or call. I followed up with a second email to the manager and salesman but again no response. I shouldn't have gotten overwhelmed or succumbed to the slight of hand way they talk price in the form of payments while sticking document after document in front of you. I wanted the car and liked the salesman so I got sold something I don't want. Nobody wants to talk to me now that I'm not a sales opportunity. I didn't even haggle on price because I knew it actually was a good deal and I didn't want to be greedy. How dumb i feel in hindsight but we do love the car. Hopefully that won't be ruined by all of this shadiness. If the "owner" is going to reply with the same rhetorical apology I see over and over he doesn't need to bother. Cancel the coverages and refund the $2,199 and I will change my opinion. The only calls I'm making are to the lender/coverage providers to protest this. The provider is my personal and business insurance provider so that'll be my first call. If unsuccessful I'll pay the car off effectively cancelling them for refund of premium minus the days in effect. I'll lose some money but it is what it is. If I'm stuck with it all I'll take time with each monthly payment reminder to warn others about the lurking shark in the water. This could have produced many referrals and a relationship opportunity for $b100k/year in business fleet purchases. read more

This is by far the worst experience I have had buying a car from any dealership. I bought a 2016 Nissan Moreno l, as I couldn't get any other car on the lot but they somehow made it so I was able to get in this car. Soon to find out the car is a lemon. The day I got the car it completely shut down while in drive while in traffic ?(May13) I was given a loaner car May 16 for the next two days. Upon returning to get my car I was not given any paperwork, any receipts, just the keys. May 24 I was driving and the same exact thing happened while driving the car began to shut off steering wheel locked, lights cut off, radio off, ac off, and lastly the car compl shut off. Leaving me stranded at 3 am in Bond Hill not the best area of Cincinnati couldn't even roll up the windows. I was given a rental and told that the dealership would cover the cost of the entire situation. I had the rental May 24 I just got my car back June 27. The dealership claims they sent me text that the car was ready but I am not sure why a professional business is sending text and furthermore if that is the methond they use once they see it doesn't work I feel someone should have called me directly. Instead they stopped paying for the rental car causing Hertz to charge my credit card putting me over my credit limit. Instead of someone trying to make it right Rich Wilbur, John Witmaker, Gary Lamb keep giving me the run around. "Oh i can't do anything about it, or call this person or this person, reach out to this department. When the entire time I have been asking how to get in a different more reliable car. As the car literally broke down the same day I purchased it. My car note is $450 I don't know who would want to pay that much in a car that is not reliable or to anyone who doesn't work diligently to correct an issue on their end. I have wrote this lengthy review to try and help anyone like me who may think these guys are looking out for you but in reality they are doing what's best for them which is make the sell, get you to sign the paperwork after that good luck! I've had two experiences here. They've both been ok... I've gotten both of my cars an oil change. While the price is good, $18.95....the first time I took my car there they forgot to refill the transmission fluid. Which, had I not noticed, would have completely destroyed my car. To their credit they did offer to fill it immediately and rectify the situation, but I had already done so. The second time I was there, I had no issues. The facility is very nice. There's a great waiting area for people to wait if they feel the need to do so. I have always dropped my car off and picked it up later in the day. So...so far, so good. read more

I purchased a "new to me" Chevy Silverado from Josh in the Used Car Department and the transaction was quick and easy. I've been back twice for oil change/tire rotation and the service was again, quick and easy. I also purchased new wheels and needed the tps recalibrated and they did it for free and I was only there for 10 minutes. I plan on purchasing my wife's "new to her" car there in a month or two. **UPDATE: Although no one from Castrucci returned my phone call, 24 hours later the loan had been "paid in full" by them.** I would give 0 stars if that were an option. I was interested in a vehicle that was going to be a dealer trade. They had me sign all the paperwork stating that for the dealer trade to occur, the paperwork would have to be completed prior. I received a phone call from my salesman the next day saying that the dealer trade was not going to happen because the vehicle I wanted had been sold, but the loan paperwork went through anyway. I now have a loan on a vehicle that I did not buy from them! Talked with them over a week ago and was told that they had reached out to the loan company and it was taken care of. I called the loan company today and they said that they had no information from Castrucci stating that the loan was invalid. When I tried to call, I got the finance departments answering machine and when I tried calling back a few moments later, no one would pick up the at the main number!!!! I believe I'm going to have to get a lawyer involved now because I need the loan reversed before it affects my credit! read more

My husband and I have had two experiences with Mike Castrucci Chevrolet since our purchase. Of course, the purchase went smoothly, however, our experiences were after the purchase. I called to set up an appt because the paint was coming off the door handle. We went to the appt and was told that they had to order the handle. After receipt and they painted the handle to the color of the truck, they would call us. We waited 4 1/2 months and called to check about the handle. Someone was supposed to call us back. Nothing after several days, we then called General Motors. After our call to General Motors, several days later we get a call to tell us that the door handle was on their shelf all that time. Really. Our next incident was, when we purchased the Chevrolet Colorado Pickup truck we didn't get a second fob , however, we didn't give it a second thought, we just thought that was one of the cuts. However, I bought my new car last month and I received 2 fobs. So I called General Motors again to confirm that we were supposed to get 2 fobs and sure enough we were supposed to get two fobs. I then called Castrucci and asked why we didn't get the second fob and was told that there was nothing in the paperwork to indicate that they owed us a second fob. Of course, I said that I wouldn't be calling if we had gotten the second fob, in addition, most times you don't get the keys until after you have gone through the finance and ready to drive away so that information would not have been indicated in the finance paperwork that they owed us a second fob. They did offer to purchase one at cost, however, the cost of another fob is $303.09. Not sure what my cost would be BUT, why should I have to pay for the second fob when they didn't give us the second fob. NEVER AGAIN. read more

If you are coming here for one of the loans they peddle to rebuild your credit know this, with their financing I paid $42000 for a 6 month old Cruze with 18000 miles on it. My credit is rebuilt, thanks to my hard work nothing that Castrucci did. Buyer beware, you'll get the loan but you'll pay for it...For a long long time! read more

I will NEVER go back to this dealership. I bought a 2017 Camaro, brand new and less than a week later there was pitting in the paint that was pointed out by our detailer. The car was covered with white spots with little rust colored centers. The more we looked the more we saw on every pannel and surface. (The car was washed and wet when I drove it off the lot.) This began the game of hot potato.... said there was nothing they could do since it was already titled in my name. They took it to their body shop to look at it closer. Had it for over 2 months and said it needed to be entirely repainted. I was strung along week by week with the promise they would have it done. No pictures were sent to me to show the progress and when I called to check on how things were going they told me they needed a few more days. I got to the point I told them I didn't want the car and they told me I bought it and I was out of luck. They said they fixed the problem they are required to fix. They assured me their paint job was "better than factory" which I know isn't true. About a year later the spots were coming back, which they told me was an environmental problem of where I am parking the car. We had 2 PPG reps look at the car, and an independent paint shop. We got 2 different reports from the PPG reps. One agreed with the dealership and one with us. The paint measurements differed greatly over the entire car. (Hand painting is different than machines in the factory, I get that) to prove they only repainted certain parts and wet sanded others was going to be on us if we were wrong. $12-15,000 to repaint the car, the right way. (We couldn't afford to do this) PPG rep said it would have to be angle grinder on each pannel and count the layers of paint and clear coat. Long story short, I believe they were fraudulent in charging Chevy for an entire repaint job on a new car, which they didn't do. AND out right lying to my husband and I. I could have gone to any body shop I wanted, finding this out after the fact. They did not repaint the trunk, since we took off the spoiler to put on a new one and it was caked with sand and debris under it. It was crap work and very dishonest. They were going to charge me to buff the car again and fix the spots for the second time, however after getting upset they took care of it with no expense to me. I asked to speak to Mike Castrucci himself and what they were going to do to fix this, and I got nothing. We did have a rental from them for the time they had the Camaro. Sales and Customer service was horrible on how I was treated. No one followed up with us after any of this. I have and continue to spread the word about this dealership. After 2 years this still makes me mad. I took the Camaro 1 time to their service department and I felt they did a good job. For what it's worth this is my experience. read more

Terrible, awful, no good, horrible, really bad... What more can I say. Lets start with selling the vehicle out from under me they begged me to come see. Then made promises that they knew they couldn't keep. We will get you another one, then that fell through, then they said don't worry we can find one somewhere with everything you want on it. Let's just say the vehicle didn't have everything on it that they said it would. Mike Eimer has no class and is evident from how he deals with customers from the way he talks to them in person, voicemails, emails, and texts. Even if they corrected all the wrongs that have occured I would never go back to this dealer. read more

Went to Mike Castrucci on 9/28/20 for an oil change. While there I asked them to check a loud noise and give me an estimate to fix. Came back stating that the muffler needed to be replaced with an estimate of $921.13 Took my car to Smith Muffler in Covington and got a new muffler for $186.55. A difference of $734.58. I have been driving and buying cars for over 40 years. Service center is the worst. Dropped off for scheduled oil change. All 4 black polo shirt men ignored me. No hello, be with you in a minute or welcome. They continued to look at their computer screens for several minutes. Finally one person asked if they could help me. 5 hours later oil change still not complete. Had to pick up the car the next day. At pick up more ignoring and no greeting. These black polo shirt men neither appreciate nor need my business. I will never come back. None of employees have name tags or cards. Unable to identify by name. read more
