He found a vent pipe that was disconnected and fixed it for a small/fair charge. He also found a roof pipe that was incorrectly installed and capped it so rain wouldn't go in at no charge. Lastly, they installed separate lines for the garden bibs to have hard water at a fair price as well, This was incorrectly installed by other plumbers. Patch work was done the next day and they did a great job too. Bores was one of them and was very nice. There was an extra wall that needed repair (unrelated to job) and they charged a fair price. I decided to re-pipe the whole house and sought after advice and estimates from 5 plumbing companies. Among the 5 companies, the prices and the suggestions on what needs to be done were all different! I did research on my own, and I trusted Art's expertise as his explanation made the most sense. The price was rather high, but I decided to work with Art. Art's team was professional and provided the quality work. A few hours into it, they found out that one bathroom already had good connections which didn't require additional work, so they took $3,000 off the total bill... so the price actually became one of the lower ends... Like others have said, the quality work really stands out along with the integrity of Justin and his wife, Jamie. Purpose Driven Plumbing was referred to us by another company whose owner I really trust too. Since we own a couple of properties, I've come across all types of contractors but for some reason, good plumbers or plumbing companies are ridiculously hard to find. I feel like we've finally found our go-to plumbers for life because they are reliable, trustworthy, honest, and do a quality job. Every fixture, valve, and hose bib they replaced with the repiping made me realize how much we've paid other plumbers a lot of money to do very mediocre jobs. Everything that Justin and his team put in, looks so clean and operates so easily. To repipe, they had to cover the whole downstairs with plastic (think Dexter!) and when done, they cleaned up so it looked like before. Had a pipe burst under the slab of my home recently and a co worker who does building inspections…read moresaid they recommended this company (not officially endorsed though) The team that did the repipe were extremely polite and did a amazing job, the foreman in charge gave me updates along the way and everything was very coordinated most working on different sections simultaneously and getting the work done at an incredible pace while also doing outstanding work. They put up lots of protective sheets and covered our floors. I have no damage to anything in my house from their work. The city inspector that came out to check the job site said it was the cleanest and best done PEX repipe work he has seen and he said that they went above and beyond with their work. The drywall repair that was done was also incredible after the city inspector signed off they came out the next day and while they did an amazing job! If the color was not different I couldn't tell that there was even a hole there to begin with! They also cleaned everything up very well after they finished both stages of work. Overall repipe1 has explained things to me the whole way and they even came in cheaper than some others who attempted to offer doing the job without pulling city permits. They pulled the permits and scheduled the inspections with the city on their end so I did not have to do anything. They got the pipe replacement done in a single day and only took an additional day to do the patchwork because the city had to inspect it before they close the walls. I just wish I thought ahead to take picture of the plumbing work but I would recommend repipe1 to anyone looking for repiping!
