Not sure how this company get such a high rating. To get their service, you either have a crystal ball and anticipate all your plumbing issue ahead of time, or you just count on them for all non emergency issues. My sink are clogged and I contacted them to schedule service. The answer I got I that someone would call me within 24 hour to schedule the job. SOURCE OF BLACK MOLD: A small leak over 4 years from a cracked drain pipe repaired with duct tape. This drain pipe is below the kitchen sink between the sink and the dishwasher and was damaged when I Got Plumbing installed our new PEX water lines. Instead of repairing the PVC drain pipe they damaged, they chose to wrap it with duct tape as a repair. I guess it worked well enough to HIDE THE DAMAGE and control the water leak enough to seep into the walls rather than run onto the floor... We only found this due to the black mold and having to tear everything out!!! HORRIBLE WORK HIDDEN IN THE WALLS IN HOPES YOU NEVER SEE IT!!!!! THIS COULD HAVE BEEN DEADLY FOR OUR FAMILY!! Called to have them come out and fix a leaky shower valve. Spoke with the technician and texted him a picture of the valve. After a rough estimate we discussed a day and time to come out and I told him where I lived. On the day, no one showed so I called to check. The technician called me back and said he didn't have me on the schedule. We obviously had a mis-communication, which happens from time to time. He had expected me to text him the address and I'd verbally given him the address and the subdivision location on the phone. Rather than just re-setting a new time, the technician felt it was more important to blame me for the mis-communication. His attitude and lack of customer communication annoyed me greatly and I went quiet on the phone. After being rudely asked if I was still on the line, and again being told it was my fault I'd had enough. I told him I'd call someone else and hung up. 5 minutes after hanging up, I received a text message from him, again blaming me for the mis-communication. No. Actually the prices were good. We shopped around, not the highest and not the lowest but they are LICENSE plumbers, family operated for 15-18 years. Family owner operated means you are going to get the best service. Not commercial where they have to write up the bill higher and split between owners and employees like a nail salon. 3. Are they honest? We had asked for a toilet, 2 faucets and water heater to be replaced. They did exactly what was told in 1h and 45min. They even told me my water heater was good and just needs to be serviced. I opted to replace it anyways because I'm a paranoid person. But no up selling what so ever and even gave us tips and pointers and offered us a lower price water heater than Lowes or Home Depot (they get contractors price) If you are looking for an HONEST, On time, and knowledgable staff of licensed plumbers, this is it. Called these guys out for a few issues I was having. Clogs upstairs and a nasty clog in my drain for my washer. Got to meet with both of the brothers Abraham and Massimo. Down to earth, easygoing, honest and punctual. Fixed all of my issues with a very fair price. The drains upstairs in the bathroom were easy enough to clear their first trip out, but the washer drain had to be replaced completely. Condo was built in the 60's so there was a lot of debris corroded inside, soap, lint, dirt, etc. They replaced the pipe, snaked the line to make sure there weren't any other clogs and it works like a dream. They did have to cut out a section of the drywall to get to the pipe, and because my wall was shallow it made a tiny cut on the other side, but they offer drywall services too. Just waiting to hear back from them to schedule when they will come out to fix it. I'll definitely be calling them out again if I have issues in the future! Thanks again! read more

I would like to share my recent positive experience in working with Abraham. I am working on a bathroom remodel and part of the work involves converting a bathtub to a walk in shower. Additionally, I was also putting in a thermostatic shower valve using German components, which makes for a fairly complicated job. Because the work was being done on a weekday, I had to take a few hours off work to get the upgrades done. He arrived on time, with the proper tools, and performed the job quickly.
