We had Brandon come out for a tough drain clog in one of our dual sinks in our master bathroom. His office responded within an hour to the voice mail I left at 7am. He was able to come out right away that day. I received a text communicating that he was on his way during the appointment time I was given. He is very efficient knowledgeable clean and resolved my issue quickly. He told me that my husband had put the trap on backwards and even fixed the backwards trap on the other sink. His prices are very competitive. I heard him on a call with another client who had an emergency, trying to move around his day to accommodate the client with the plumbing emergency. This review is LONG OVERDUE. Brendan and Alex have done so much work for me over the past year at my current home and rental property in Tustin and there is a reason why I keep calling them back. They installed a freestanding tub, put in all new shower fixtures, installed a farmhouse sink and kitchen faucet, three toilets, I could go on and on... all with perfection and they always go above and beyond what they promise. Second review! Brendan just wrapped up a 2-day job at my home. He installed a water softener and ran the drain line across the garage and tapped into the wall to access the laundry drain. He was really creative with finding the drain and turned a big problem into a very elegant solution. He was also able to remove a 20-year old pressure tank that was just sitting in the corner of the garage, up by the ceiling. He also rerouted the drain for our existing tankless water heater as it was staining the outside stucco. This also ended up flowing to the same laundry drain after he installed a pump to push it out. Finally, he installed a reverse osmosis water filter and faucet in our kitchen. While the product recommendations and spot-on installation are one thing...he also patiently explained the initialization process for each device as well as helped me download the app that the manufacturer uses to update the software. When did plumbing get so technical? He also helped to diagnose a simple problem that I can fix on my own...that had just stumped me. As good as it gets! I received a thorough inspection from Brendan on my toilets, sinks, showers, water heater, and water pressure. He identified a couple of ticking time bombs that would eventually have led to a flood if not caught soon enough. Fixed and replaced the hoses on the spot. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and on time. We had a root clogging one of our toilets and called about 4 companies. Some had ridiculous quotes and some were reasonable. We ended up going with Sage plumbers and boy it was one of the best experiences with plumbers I ever had. Nathan came out, looked at the problem, immediately told me what he suggested I do and answered all of my questions in a nice and professional manner. I don't remember all of the details as this was a couple months ago but he was the most professional out of everyone I called. Very happy with Brendans work. Our tank water heater needed replacing and we decided to go tankless. I had several different plumbers out to give recommendations and quotes. For the second time in two months Sage Plumbers have completed work at my house. The first time to change out a toilet and just today to replace a shower/tub valve and trim. Brendan was amazing!!! He came out and gave a free estimate for installing a new gas line in our kitchen remodel. He did a very careful investigation of what needed to be done to make sure we got it right. There were some tricky elements and these were no problem. His estimate was better than any other ones I had gotten and he was, by far, the most impressive person My tenant and I were both very impressed with him. In addition, he has a quality that every plumber needs...the ability to tell you that everything is going to work out and be okay. Just before he came to do the job today, water leaked from the upstairs into the kitchen and he assured me they would figure out and solve that problem before anything got damaged. And he did! We had an under the sink water filter that was making a constant filling and draining sound. It would start out with a lot of water pressure then fade down to a dribble. I was going to buy a new water filter, but a friend of mine suggested I give Sage plumbing a try before replacing it. Brendan brought a new water tank for it and an attachment. When he turned the old tank over, he discovered it had an attachment for an air pump. He pumped it with air and the water now flows out like it did when it was new. We didn't need the new tank after all. He took it back saving me the cost for a new tank. Also the faucet has been loose ever since it was installed by another plumber. He tightened it up for us. I had a sudden pinhole leak in a copper pipe that was soaking my garage ceiling and wall. Sage reacted quickly and they sent someone out to help as fast as they could. Nathan was on time and professional. The cause of the problem was hard to locate because the actual leak was pretty far from where the bulge in the ceiling was dripping. Nathan was able to track it down and fix it. He seemed very honest and the pricing seemed reasonable. Brendan and Alex are great! We woke up Friday morning to water on the floor of the downstairs bathroom that had come up through the shower drain, which hadn't been used in a long time. That usually means a blockage in the main sewer line. After making a couple of calls, I was able to reach Brendan. Thankfully he and Alex were able to come out a few hours later that same morning. After a couple of hours of hard work using some creative techniques, they were able to clear the palm tree roots that had blocked the main line.
