My Hero! After the water company had been out and told me my flooding had to do with a likely sprinkler line leak... I promptly went to yelp and and began text dialogue and in less than 1 hour he was here. Very quickly began troubleshooting to isolate source of leak and after less than 15 minutes of running back and forth from the street to the back of the house confirmed the problem could not be a sprinkler line. In fact it was a broken connection on a hose feed. Not all heroes wear capes! I am recently widowed after 43 years and with plumbing/sprinklers I was at a total loss of where to even begin. I didn't get to use C& C YET and I am not in a hurry as I don't need another pin hole leak , however I happened to call when they were closed and what was so amazing is how Cameron cared enough about my situation that he actually text me to follow up to see if I found anyone after I asked him for recommendations, he had given me a list of quality plumbers which right there says a lot for this company and for Cameron , he knew I was desperate. I called two both were closed as well due to this holiday so I finally got ahold of a company that came out and did the repair . I hired C&C to replace my Aquasana filters (rhino + entire housings for pre and post filters) including switch out to new fittings to incorporate it to my overall system. Highly recommend C & C Plumbing. I called a bunch of plumbing companies because I thought I had a leak behind the wall, likely caused by a hole drilled in a pipe. The owner was responsive and communicated clearly with me through Yelp messaging, and was the only one that gave me a clear flat rate if it turned out to be a behind-the-wall leak. Other companies wanted at least $361 just to "test," and one company who promised a free estimate showed up and then wanted $395 just to cut a hole in the wall, before even doing any repair. Glad we said no. When Brandon from C & C came out, it only took him a couple of minutes to determine that there couldn't even be a pipe in that spot. He figured out the water was actually coming from failing caulk around the recessed shower box on the other side of the wall. Best part: He was completely honest, told me it was something I could fix myself, and even advised what kind of caulk to use. When I asked how much I owed him, he said nothing. We even asked him about another issue with a leaking laundry sink faucet, and instead of trying to sell us a repair, he told us that Moen has a lifetime warranty for original homeowners and showed us how to find the model information so we could request replacement parts. He was honest, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. It's rare to find someone who doesn't try to upsell or take advantage when you're stressed and worried. I first called this company when there was a leak in the main water line to my house late in the evening. Cameron came out early in the morning and provided a temporary fix till the HOA repaired the line (HOA had their own contracted company). I also had them come out to repair and replace some plumbing fixtures - the associate came within the time frame that was quoted and did an efficient job. I have a "no shoes " policy in my home and the associate was very respectful and covered his feet/shoes without a fuss or argument ( something I have had to deal with in the past). Excellent work, efficient service and knowledgable individuals on both occasions. The cost for both jobs was very reasonable. I recently purchased a new washer and the installation service informed me that I may need to change my angle stop valves. I reached out to C&C Plumbing and they quickly came to my house. I really appreciated C & C Plumbing's honesty. After taking a look, they explained that everything was actually fine and that replacing them wasn't necessary. They loosened the angle stop valves so that the installation could happen and told me that no payment was needed. we've been using C & C plumbing for many years. They are very competent and professional.

When C & C repiped our house, they did a very good job, except they somehow cross-connected the cold and hot water to the kitchen, so we ended up with warm water when we wanted cold. We decided to disconnect the second of two water heaters, and that fixed the problem, but the run from the first water heater to the kitchen was far too long. So we had to install a new water heater by the kitchen. When they installed the second tankless water heater, they fastened the duct to the vent with aluminum tape. That came undone, as reflected in the picture. I called or texted them on four different occasions, but although they said they would come out to fix it, they never did. I ended up climbing a ladder and fixing it myself. I hope it holds. read more
