The microphone above the drivers seat has never worked. In the grand scheme of things, not a huge problem, but I purchased a brand new vehicle expecting it to be perfect, and they sold me a defective vehicle. I notified our sales associate, Elias Giron, of this the very next day and he just stopped responding to my messages. I've had to take my car in to the service department twice now and the problem is still not resolved. I have a third appointment coming up that will hopefully finally fix the problem. I've already put 200 unnecessary miles on my car driving to and from the dealership and wasted countless hours of my time. My next appointment is supposed to be a full day appointment. They don't have a loaner vehicle program, instead expecting me to pay to rent a car for a day to fix a problem in my brand new vehicle that never should have existed in the first place. I have been trying to speak with a sales supervisor for the past week and every single phone call is sent to voicemail with no call back. I was told by the receptionist that they're in meetings in the morning and then that they've been away from their desks all day and then that it's a service problem and not a sales problem. All they care about is making a sale. Elias, the sales associate, has not once reached out to see if things have been resolved. The one good employee that I've encountered there has been Yair Heredia in the service department. Do not spend your money at Corwin Toyota of Boulder. They also operate under some pretty shady practices, in my opinion. They will sell brand new vehicles to employees to deplete their inventory so that they're allotted new inventory from the manufacturer. The employee will then turn around and sell the now "used" vehicle back to the dealership so that they can sell it to a customer. They list it as a "used" vehicle, but sell it for the same price as a brand new vehicle AND, because it's a "used vehicle," they don't include a dealer warranty.

This was probably the easiest, smoothest, and fastest new car-buying experience I've ever had…read more Bruce was fantastic to work with -- friendly, professional, and, most importantly, very knowledgeable about the car. There were no sleazy sales tactics, upselling, or pressure at any point during the process. I chose to finance through Honda because they were offering a promotional rate, and the finance representative was equally friendly and easy to work with. Overall, the entire experience at Fisher Honda was exceptional, and I've already been telling everyone about it.

When we stopped by, we found that they were out of stock. We checked back several times over the next several months to find them always out of stock. Today, I had to bring the car in for a recall service, and when I asked, the adapter was in stock! But alas, the sales manager says that there was never any promise of this adapter being provided to me with my lease, and will not comp it to me. The sales person no longer works at Fisher, so I guess I have no witness to the discussion. GRRR. I must not be the only customer who was offered this tenuous promotion by the salesperson, and I believe offer should be honored by Acura. Also, be aware that the Fisher service center is going to charge 2% for using a credit card there. While it is becoming more common for business to try to recoup these fees, I thought I would mention it so customers will not be surprised.

Updating, don't know why I left a 4 not a 5 in the past…read more Original: I did not end up buying at this dealer but the shopping experience was very positive with Ian. I did get the sense that they value putting a customer into the right car and will take the time to try and do so. I saw other Yelp reviews for Flatirons Imports under its other name Flatirons Subaru, and I'm not the only person who spent a lot of time with a salesperson test driving models and did not end up buying that time around. I think for the patience of the salespeople here, they may not always make a sale that day or that time, but they are earning long term customers who will come back next time and buy. I would buy here in the future.

AVOID. Service…read moreManager: Ryan Nuckles Service Advisor/Service Person: Amanda This was the worst dealership service experience I have ever had. I came in with legitimate concerns about my vehicle and left feeling dismissed, disrespected, and talked down to. I have been going to this dealership for 5 years and will never return after this experience. A small fingertip-sized windshield chip expanded into a crack the size of my hand during the 4 hours my vehicle was in the shop. When I brought this up, Ryan responded, "Do you think we're just going around smashing people's windshields?" Instead of taking responsibility or having a professional conversation, I was told chips expand eventually and that it may have been from sitting in the sun. This windshield had survived years of weather and hail storms without this happening. I also came in specifically to discuss a previous AC recommendation. I was told my vehicle's age and a slightly low AC charge justified an $850 reseal and recharge. I was later told that 2-3 O-rings were leaking and that all 8 needed to be replaced, but no one could explain which O-rings were actually failing or answer my questions. An independent shop completely disagreed with these findings. The way I was treated was the most unacceptable part. I was repeatedly spoken to in a condescending manner, including being asked, "What should I do about it, Ella? What should I do?" and being told, "Well, you didn't pay for any of this." My concerns were dismissed instead of addressed, and I was made to feel like I was unreasonable for asking basic questions about my own vehicle. I also raised concerns about a recommended $1,250 oil-related service. The inspection video only described the area as "sweating," not an active leak, and I had an oil change just two weeks prior where no lower oil pan leak was identified. When I asked about the discrepancy between their findings and those of an independent shop with extensive experience, I was not given a clear technical explanation. Instead, I was met with dismissive responses, including comments questioning whether I was implying the Subaru technician was "wrong or making something up." After this experience, I will not be returning to this dealership. The way I was treated has completely destroyed my trust in this service department, and I cannot recommend this dealership or Subaru to my friends and family based on this experience.

Steve and his staff ( we worked with Keifer) took great care of us and answered all the questions, they even stayed almost an hour late with me while I tried to decide between the Atlas and the Tiguan. If the service department was a little more approachable I'd give the whole dealership a solid 5 stars.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!…read more Major rodent issues at this lot, I was ready to buy a vehicle here today, and luckily got a pre purchase inspection. I suggest you do the same. The 3rd party inspection showed major damage in the engine due to rodent nesting within the hood, resulting in chewed hoses and a coolant leak, plus whatever other unseen damage within the engine. After wasting my time looking at this vehicle, I expressed my frustration to the GM, Dylan, and after letting him know I intended to post my experience on google, he told me to get out of his dealership. Said he wouldn't be threatened. What's crazy, is I would I expected to be told "Let's find you another vehicle" instead of letting me walk out of there with 0 options to actually make it right. I was ready to buy a car today. Guess Dylan would rather have me walk out mad. As we all know, google reviews serve as an opportunity for someone to potentially avoid an unpleasant experience. So my suggestion to you is to take my experience as opportunity to potentially avoid having your new car be infested by rodents that likely died in the engine and will never be removed.
