!!DO NOT GO HERE!! Bare with me it's long. DO NOT GO HERE! I bought my van from Luis for him to tell me it'll cost 600$ to fix my motor mounts. Me wanting a Honda Odyssey so badly said ok. Luis "fixed it" for 600$, one year later I go back to repair my van to pass 2021 emissions test. Luis brother Mario kept my van for 6 hours to let me know the motor mounts were put on wrong and missing bulbs(mind blown) I told him I paid Luis 600$ to fix this last year. Mario said "I'll look into that." Well after quoting me 680$ for new repairs(oil pressure switch); my husband literally said f*** that! And fixed it for 40$ including changing my oil and oil filter. I already deposited 40$ to Mario for repairs which he can most gladly keep as they lost my 640$ and my trust. PLEASE DO NOT ever go here. I'm a mom of three working retail 40+ hours a week just to survive. Please go else where do your research read the reviews! Get quotes even if they need a deposit! I called this shop about changing brakes and rotors on my 2008 Mercedes S550 4matic. I told them I already had the pads and rotors and they quoted me $110 per axle, so $220 for the whole car. I asked them how long, they told me 3 hours and I immediately left for the shop. Upon arriving, the man I had spoken to the phone said "you don't have air suspension do you?" I said I did and he told me I'd have to pay $300 for installation now because he would have to "disable" my air suspension. He also added that he might have to "re-learn" the system. I reached for my phone, since I left the owners manual in the car, but as soon as I got it out he told me he was all set and didn't want to do the job anymore . Well, as I suspected, to "disable" the air suspension...you just press the tow button located on the console. Another $80 for that and then who knows what he would have charged to "re-learn" it . This shop is very dishonest, predatory, and operate under a half-ass hustling mentality. I hope they just did that because I'm not Spanish and that they aren't taking advantage of the Spanish community they should be serving. Stay away. This was a nightmare. In writing, I asked them to check why my check engine light was on and to give me a price on brakes. They also replaced gas tank. They had fat for 6 days. I repeatedly asked for a code on my check engine and price. Nothing. When I picked car up after tank was installed, they told me light was not on. Never looked at brakes. Light was on when I got in car and it stalked 15 minutes later. Don't go near this place. Much better options read more

I will never use this place ever again. Even as I write this, I'm waiting for a door handle to come in that was ordered two weeks ago and they can't seem to get it. They already charged me for the replacement of the handle as they had something else to do on the car and they lumped the price in for all. The other repair was fixing a window motor that stopped the window from rolling up or down. Although the front staff was prompt in answering the phone, Luis would not return phone calls unless I hounded the staff to get him to call. Car was promised on last Friday and at 8 pm, he still hadn't called back. It was then I realized he was gone for the day. Just an insincere sorry the next day and that "he had a complication". I waited until 2pm to pick the car up on Saturday and then waited outside for 10 minutes to "bring my car around". Engine light was on! Very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone that needs serious repairs. read more
