Waited outside of their bays for an employee to acknowledge me and direct me in. Only two employees…read moreseemed to be working, and they were both with another customer (the only other person there). They would occasionally stop and stare at me, but they never acknowledged me. I got tired of being ignored and left to get my AC recharge elsewhere. This is the second time they haven't been staffed properly to address my needs. At least the first time they had the decency to come out and tell me that it would be more than an hour's wait.

While changing my oil, Dan and the tech, Nikolai, were able to find some other issues including my brakes, egr valve gasket and camshaft plug. They were honest with me regarding what they found and gave me a decent price without tryin to run me up which I appreciated. Overall, they did a great job with my car and they didn't try to push unnecessary work to be done on my car. I will continue to use them and I would highly recommend everyone else to as well.
